Cons:

Room not clean at all, stains, dust, sticky patches. Worn fixtures and fittings all over hotel. Needs a full refurb to merit anything more than 20 euros per night. Location is the only plus

Pros:

Room and bathroom were clean

Cons:

Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, in need of a make over. The blinds in the bedroom full of dust when we opened the windows , view out of the window was a mess of what look like was once a nice garden area.

Had an old rundown look outside, and inside, rooms were very basic and reminded me of apartment rooms from holidays… but needs a bit of tlc… floors and door were grubby and bathrooms grubby .. apart from that they have all u need ..

Friendly attentive staff. Room was lovely. Everything you need.
Pros:

We were welcomed by a lovely man. Who was very helpful with a smile to everything we asked. Only stayed the one night as passing through on the way to a family wedding..
Service was excellent. Will definitely return if we come back to Ireland.

Cons:

Nothing perfect for us.

This should be 2 stars, at best!
Pros:

Location was great. One or two of the staff were cool in the bar. One young lad was trying his best in the bar.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned properly at at all. Definitely not vacuumed. Mould all over the bathroom. Absolutely shocking seating in the room and it was supposed to be a suite. Weird welcome on reception. The food was overpriced and very basic. Their measures of spirits were a disgrace for the price I paid. See attached. This is a 2 star at most. Hotel needs a massive revamp. Lights in the corridor barely worked. Walking to my room I was expecting either two twin girls ask me to come play with them or Jack Nicholson to pop out with an axe trying to get into me room

We will be back to stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was perfect and made to order, a large variety of options available. Fruit salad, yogurts, pastries, different choices of bread, including the lovely Irish homemade sodabread. Eggs cooked whatever way you wanted. A Full Irish, including black / white pudding too!
We were also delighted by the restaurant menu in the evening. I had a lovely Seafood chowder soup, nice steak, also a very tasty duck another evening. Tge staff were friendly, attentive and very good value for money. We would recommend a stay. The golf course is very nearby also. Thank you.

Cons:

There was nothing unlikeable about our stay.

As above great but please clean and update Bathrooms

Hotel / Location / Staff / Food / Room all great, bathroom was dated and not clean which was impossible due to mould and genera; grime due to alck of upkeep definitely need re furb
