Hotel Seth Santo Tomas

This is our 2nd time at this hotel and it is excellent. From arriving through to leaving the staff couldn't do more for you. You feel like you are part of one big family. So friendly

The food is very good, lots of choice for breakfast and dinner with plenty too for a child who is a fussy eater.
Would definitely recommend and will be going back very soon.

Très bel hôtel , face à la plage sans route à traverser ( attention certaines chambres décrites par Booking.com «  vue mer «  peuvent être latérales )
Magnifique piscine , petit restaurant style paillote très agréable et restaurant intérieur pour le soir sous forme de buffet , jardin attenant arboré avec transats , belles et grandes chambres , , animations certains soirs …
Et surtout une grande disponibilité et amabilité de tout le personnel ce qui est de plus en plus rare !

Our fourth year there and a wonderful relaxing time was had. The staff are amazing - so friendly and welcoming. They really do want to please, and have you leave with a positive experience

Good room service, always willing to help. Staff trying to clean as much but cant change the fact that the hotel is old.

This is the second time I have stayed at Seth Santo Tomas Hotel and is quickly becoming my favourite place in the world. Amazing staff, so attentive, friendly and welcoming, I see them as friends now.
The food has a great selection of global dishes and Menorcan specialties, and a cook to order section for fresh meats and fish etc.
The location is perfect. In May it was not too busy, no hustling for sun loungers, no late night parties or drunken louts. Just a wonderfully clean hotel with amazing staff, views to enjoy, great company, excellent food on a beautiful island.

The staff were the best, hotel spotless, food good, comfortable bed. Spacious room, fabulous balcony. Great shower, fuffy large towels. Beautiful view of the sea. Bathrobes and slippers.

We have just returned from our holiday, I don't know where to start!
We absolutely loved our stay, from the moment we checked in our experience was wonderful. We were greeted by Alex, such a warm welcome by a lovely person. A much welcomed Pomada offered and Alex gave us all the hotel info. He took all our luggage to our room and showed us all the facilities. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded for free, our room was great. Gorgeous terrace with comfy loungers and a stunning view of the sea.
We couldn't fault our room, bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was great, lovely coffee machine and spotlessly clean. Lots of little extras, lovely toiletries to use, bottled water supplied daily with no charge. Housekeeping was fantastic, the staff friendly and everything is kept so clean.
Food was outstanding, breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Hot and cold. Omelettes/eggs cooked to order, plus your usual full English items. Lovely continental meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Pastries, juices and hot drinks.
Dinner was amazing, so many choices, very high quality, just superb. Something for everyone. The dining room and kitchen staff work so hard, very efficient and friendly too. Chefs always replenishing dishes, checking constantly. Lovely meat/fish cooked on the grill to order every night too. Just fantastic.
All dining room staff were brilliant, so friendly and so hard working.
Special shout out to Joanna and Naada in the dining room, so lovely.
We had evening entertainment on three nights, very enjoyable. Bar staff great too. Salva makes a great Pomada!
Even checkout was brilliant, we had an early flight home, they'd packed us up breakfast to go. Again Alex was on hand, ran down the steps to prevent me taking my cases to the coach myself, my husband was taking the first two!
We had the most relaxing, luxurious holiday we've had in a while and hope to return very soon. We met so many people that return often too.

It was a perfect week, first time in Menorca. The reviews and photos all looked great but it was even better in reality. The hotel atmosphere is very relaxing, extremely well equipped and so many different places to sit. All of the staff were wonderfully welcoming and attentive, the quality and selection of food was beyond our expectations. We caught the bus to Mao for one day which worked out really well and went on some exhilarating walks along the coast from the hotel. I can see why so many people return to the hotel. Thanks to all the amazing staff for a great week. 👏
