Pros:

Great hotel very well located in front of the beach. Amazing staff, Mafe at reception is lovely. Great breakfast, also the restaurant on the beach is fantastic with very good food. We’ll be back!!!

Cons:

We got unlucky with a room facing the reception, with all the noise associated and lack of privacy. They tried to find us a different room but wasn’t worth it with only a weekend… no biggie

They should also consider setting umbrellas and beds on the beach, which at the moment has no facilities

Equipe muito simpatica... todos sem exceçao no hotel foram e sao extremamente simpaticos, atenciosos e prestativos, sem exceçao desde a recepçao, restaurante, limpeza, bar praia, etc..
A localizaçao é muito boa, em cima da praia com acesso direto

Cons:

Os quartos sao simples mas confortaveis, mas precisam de uma reforma e modernizaçao
O café da manha, poderia ter mais opçoes e variedade

A perfect base location for exploring the island or relaxing to enjoy the beachfront amenities.
Pros:

My husband & I enjoyed 4 nights, a comfortable room with balcony & sea view, including breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and throughout our stay was friendly & helpful with local tips. We decided last minute to rent a car; hotel was able to accommodate with a parking spot. Highlight was the beach access for wonderful swims (umbrella provided by hotel). The outside shower by the pool rids the saltwater for nice relaxing in the loungers with a cocktail. Also loved meals & drinks at Malibu Restaurant. We did a Jeep tour in Fornells, a bicycle tour around Punta Prima & a drive to lunch in Ciutadella, all easy drives from Santo Tomas.
We would return here & recommend it.

La tranquilidad del lugar, la ubicación (acceso directo a la playa y a un paso de las mejores calas de Menorca). El desayuno mucha variedad y calidad, un espectáculo. La piscina y las tumbonas todo perfecto. Las habitaciones muy completas. El servicio super amable y atento,

Cons:

hotel vecchio da sistemare, è stato ristrutturato malamente (il bagno è al limite del presentabile - vedi foto).
Sicuramente servizi non all'altezza di un vero 4s, anzi: nessuna possibilità di mangiare niente (neanche un toast) tra le 16 e le 19, una bottiglia d'acqua in camera per 4 giorni di soggirono.. parcheggio a pagamento (5€ al giorno): considerando quanto si paga potrebbe anche essere compreso! non lo consiglio

Beautiful Exterior Ruined

Been several times.Lovely quiet, comfortable hotel with outstanding service.

However this year for some unfathomable reason they had dug up beautiful lawns and gardens to make a hideous “jungle” of parasols each with their own space surrounded by little bushes.The grass has been replaced with an ugly resin covering. All the views of the pool and sea have gone because of the gloomy bushes.

It beggars belief that Seth thought this would improve a previous stylish, elegant exterior. It is ghastly. Some clients hung towels and clothing on the parasols which made them look so scruffy. One hopes they will restore the former lawns and gardens but I doubt it. A massive mistake has been made.

Problems with sunbed availability
Pros:

Not enough sunbeds for everyone people reserve sunbeds from 6 am by 9 am after breakfast some are being used rest reserved absolute joke
For this reason I will not return
Also they stop you taking drinks or food out of breakfast room in morning

4th visit to this gem of a hotel . The setting is stunning and never get tired of the beautiful sea view from our room . Greeted with the warmest of welcomes from the wonderful Mafe and Alex. The whole team deliver the very best in customer service at every point .
Joanna leads the restaurant team with calmness and warmth and always looks for a way to meet your needs ! Especially when everyone wants to dine outside . This place is our happy place along with so many other regular and returning guests . Already booked for next year .
Congratulations to Avelina and the whole Seth team for delivering a truly memorable holiday .

Beautiful hotel with an attentive and friendly team
Pros:

Always a warm welcome awaits us when we return to this beautiful hotel.

Such a wonderful team who are always on hand to help make guests experiences always a little more special wherever they can.

Simply beautiful setting, lovely pool area that has gorgeous landscaping and easy access to the pretty beach just a few minutes walk from the pool.

We can’t wait to return again soon!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, splendida spiaggia di fronte con accesso diretto. Piscina ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort.
Nonostante sia una struttura grande, non si percepisce confusione. Camera ampia e pulita.
Buona colazione e varia.

Cons:

Servizio pulizia camere troppo presto al mattino.
