Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service und ein gutes Zimmer mit Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Die Oper und der Weihnachtsmarkt (war leider schon abgebaut) sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso verschiedene öffentliche Tiefgaragen der Innenstadt.
Wir erhielten die Zusage auf einen früheren Bezugszeitpunkt des Zimmers -ohne Zusatzkosten-. Da die öffentlichen TG an Silvester Mittags für 24 Stunden geschlossen wurden, konnten wir freundlicherweise das Zimmer an Neujahr kostenfrei länger nutzen.
Hierfür herzlichen Dank. Dies ist nicht in allen Hotels möglich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles was wir benötigten. Die Qualität war hervorragend.
Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder dort übernachten.
