Lässiges und vertrauensvolles Personal, Toplage und dennoch ruhig, angenehme Musikauswahl (für mich!) beim Frühstück, gute Nachhaltigkeitsansätze (auch) beim Frühstück... eigentlich alles bis auf...

Cons:

.. den einen Punkt Abzug bei dem vollkommen entzückenden Personal gibt es nur dafür, dass ein halber Mensch mehr davon in der Frühstückszeit, zu der auch der reguläre Betrieb läuft, die nachvollziehbar langen Wartezeiten auf Kaffee etc. hätte auf ein für unter mehr Zeitdruck stehende Gäste erfreuliches Maß abkürzen können.

super effizienter check in, sobald man die Rezeption im Caffee gesehen hat. Durchgängige Digitalisierung und prompte Information.
Modernes Zimmer, sehr neu. Kein Kühlschrank, lässt sich aber wahrscheinlich schwer realisieren in diesem Setup.

Cons:

Im Meetingraum auf Etage 3 war es sehr warm. Auch wenn sichtbar Lüftung und Klimatisierung vorhanden waren, gab es keinen Schalter zum Anschalten. Ich musste auf mein Zimmer gehen zum Arbeiten, dort war die Klimatisierung top.
Tür vom Bad schloss nicht richtig und ging immer wieder auf.
