Aesthetics wow, the rest does not
Pros:

There’s no denying the beauty and uniqueness of Divná pani luxury gallery rooms. My room was well decorated and exquisite. One member of staff in particular (don’t know her name but she wore glasses and worked a 12 hour shift on 17/11/2025) was extremely helpful and kind in assisting me on booking a taxi! The location as great making everything accessible.

Cons:

However with being a 5* hotel there were some services I thought was lacking. The attentiveness wasn’t there, the reception remained vacant throughout the duration of my stay, if you wanted assistance you had to go into the cafe. Upon checking in I wasn’t even asked my name I was just escorted to my room having to struggle up the staircases with my suitcase and bag with no assistance. The room whilst nice made some rather odd intermittent noises making it hard for me personally to sleep, there was an absence of items typically found in 5* hotels (such as robes, stocked minibar etc..).

Páčilo sa nám všetko. Je to naozaj krásny a zaujímavý hotel.

Cons:

Trochu nám chýbalo rádio. Príjemná hudba by ešte umocnila atmosféru aj na izbách 😊.
