Great hotel would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location was great, right near the train station and a short walk to the beautiful town. Staff very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Pros:

The service was truly exceptional from start to finish. Even before my arrival, the hotel kept in touch with thoughtful messages, offering a warm welcome and clear directions. Upon check-in, Maarten (if I recall his name correctly) at reception was outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and offer complete peace of mind. Considering the hotel’s caliber and reputation, it find it very reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Kein herausragendes Radisson-Hotel
Pros:

Betten sehr gut, Frühstück sehr lecker, Parkplatz ist günstig, gute Lage. Obwohl das Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl war, gut isoliert resp. nichts gehört.

Cons:

Gehe oft in Radisson Hotels, doch dieses hat meine Vorstellungen nicht erfüllt. Teils Personal unfreundlich, Schimmel im Badezimmer, Flecken auf dem Boden, auch Badezimmer teils nicht richtig sauber. Kein kostenloses Wasser. Zimmer alt.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I really liked the nice smell already in the main entrance, kind staff and modern equipment of the room. The breakfast area was full of the choices until the last moment and staff of the kitchen also really kind.

Hôtel confortable propre et bien tenu à proximité directe du centre historique de Bruges. Petit-déjeuner excellent.
Pros:

Emplacement face à la ville relativement facile d’accès
Chambre avec vue sur la cathédrale et Notre Dame
Petit déjeuner très riche et varié pour un prix compétitif
Établissement propre

Cons:

Lits jumeaux rassemblés. Pas très confortable pour deux. Un sur-matelas ou un grand lit auraient été mieux. L’hôtel avait prévenu mais au moins un sur-matelas aurait amélioré notre séjour
La salle de bains manque de supports pour poser le savon

Giriş sırasında tarafımdan 50 Euro depozito alınmıştır. Bu tutarın daha sonra iade edileceği belirtilmesine rağmen, bugüne kadar herhangi bir ödeme yapılmamıştır.

Kendileriyle defalarca iletişime geçmeme rağmen sürekli olarak bankamla görüşmem gerektiği ifade edilmiştir. Ancak bankamla yaptığım görüşmede, tarafıma ulaşan herhangi bir iade işlemi olmadığı açıkça belirtilmiştir.

Bu durumun artık çözülmesini ve depozito bedelinin tarafıma iade edilmesini rica ediyorum.
