Cons:

There is no free parking for the hotel. I expected a free parking from Radisson atleast.
Business suggestion- Compensate guest for their parking tickets (which makes parking free, win-win for both parties)

Zeer goed hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum

Personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ook meer dan voldoende en lekker.

Super confortable. Literally by the metro station.
Pros:

Super confortable.

Cons:

A bit confusing to find the way in to the hotel. You must get into a parking building and then find your way. There could have been a better signalization for walk in hosts.

Great location for the train and walkable to the city centre!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with really friendly and helpful staff. The bar area was also very efficient and friendly. Proximity to the train station was very convenient.

Cons:

The rude receptionist (dark hair, male, beard, glasses) who couldn't have been less friendly and less welcoming if he tried. Unsmiling, officious, cold....probably the least suited person to man a hotel reception desk we have ever encountered on all our travels (lots)! We arrived at 2.15pm to a near-empty hotel for a 3pm check-in on Monday 9th March. After being told our room wasn't ready and to return at 3pm, we had to ask where in the hotel we could get a cup of tea. At 3pm when we could check in, he asked for our passports and reviewed them as if we were applying for asylum status! He told us there was no smoking in the rooms (we don't smoke). He never once mentioned our names or welcomed us to the Radisson - where we've always experienced the friendliest welcome in other countries. When we finally got to our room on the 8th floor, each of the three magnetic cards we were given did not work - we had to go back down to the front desk to get them fixed (ps we know how to use magnetic hotel key cards!). We loved Brugge and its lovely people but were really quite taken aback that such an unsuitable person was on reception at The Radisson. I doubt if we could be the first people who experienced this.
