Pros:

La posizione la camera spaziosa ti davano l’acqua e il caffè tutti i giorni il personale abbastanza gentile.

Cons:

La camera veniva pulita veramente male il primo giorno sono ritornato alle 16 da una passeggiata e ancora non era rifatta ma a parte questo non veniva pulita mai non dico bene ma decentemente per 4 giorni rimanevano per terra le stesse briciole di cornetto che mangiavo la mattina, le superfici erano tutte impolverate sotto il letto pieno di polvere come se non fosse stato spazzato mai allego infatti una foto.Un altra cosa sono le 50 euro di cauzione non ci sono problemi ma se è un pre autorizzazione l’addebito non deve essere fatto deve solo essere trattenuto e restituito cosa che io ancora non ho visto, probabilmente sarà restituito ma comunque si trattengono 50 euro in ostaggio per giorni.comunque l’albergo non è male anzi ma la pulizia è davvero terribile.

Breakfast was good and parking was convenient and at a good price.

Cons:

The room was quite dirty - huge balls of dust under the sofa bed (so clearly not cleaned in a very long time)… the headboard also not vacuumed in a very long time (dandruff, nails and dust)… stained round carpet - like, just get a new one.

Got upgraded to a corner suite with a huge, comfy bathtub! Staff was great

Cons:

Our coffee maker was broken and they did not have a replacement on hand. There were no hooks for clothes & towels in the bathroom.

The Perfect Stay!
Pros:

Great location to walk into Bruges and get the train elsewhere. Very tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Plenty of parking.
