Pros:

The hotel was really clean, comfortable and quiet. Very handy if you need to go to Ubon airport early in the morning. Exceptional staff, very helpful and extremely polite.

Pros:

Room was a good size, clean but the bathroom was very small. Hotel has 5 floors and an elevator, we used the stairs (3rd floor). Breakfast was Thai, with toast, coffee tea, juice, fruit, salad bar, eggs, and some sweets

Always good and we have booked there again twice in coming February.
Pros:

The location is ideal as it is handy to everywhere. The bathroom is okay although a bit awkward to use due to how it was constructed and you need to be careful of the small step inside leading to the shower. The rooms are big with comfy beds.

Cons:

Breakfast is good because of a good variety of foods however most times we have found that a lot of the food is cold by the time we got down these, namely eggs and sausages.

Pros:

The bathroom conditions were poor. Area was poorly constructed.
Stepping into the washroom sometimes caused you to slip because tile level was uneven at door opening.

Excellent reception staff, good English. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Wi-fi very fast. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Pros:

Really nice hotel. Very clean and modern room and bathroom. Huge bed and very comfortable. Breakfast included. We were given early check-in for no extra charge. Decor very good. Good location with plenty of restaurants/ shops in the area . Extremely impressed. We will definitely return.

Cons:

WiFi is sometimes weak and drops out.

Pros:

The room was excellent however the bathroom is a little small and awkward to get to the toilet, and the faulty shower was reported to the staff. Breakfast was good, could have been a little hotter and more variety but there was more than sufficient to satisfy most taste buds. Always love staying here and will do again in the future.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like that would influence if I stayed there! The bathroom is rather awkward but considering I’m only in there for a short time, it was acceptable. Breakfast could have been hotter but it was still enjoyable.
