Place was nice, clean, friendly staff..the bed was comfortable and big enough! I was in a single and it could fit a couple baby elephants 😀..breakfast was a good variety. Location wise, very close to local shops, Big C and 7/11 included. I have no complaints at all 😃

Soft bed, which is not easy to find in Thailand. Big room, plenty of space.
The hotel was really clean, comfortable and quiet. Very handy if you need to go to Ubon airport early in the morning. Exceptional staff, very helpful and extremely polite.

Room was a good size, clean but the bathroom was very small. Hotel has 5 floors and an elevator, we used the stairs (3rd floor). Breakfast was Thai, with toast, coffee tea, juice, fruit, salad bar, eggs, and some sweets
The location is ideal as it is handy to everywhere. The bathroom is okay although a bit awkward to use due to how it was constructed and you need to be careful of the small step inside leading to the shower. The rooms are big with comfy beds.
Breakfast is good because of a good variety of foods however most times we have found that a lot of the food is cold by the time we got down these, namely eggs and sausages.

The bathroom conditions were poor. Area was poorly constructed.
Stepping into the washroom sometimes caused you to slip because tile level was uneven at door opening.

Breakfast was good, variety of food to suit everyone, and very clean dinning area with excellent service.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and modern room and bathroom. Huge bed and very comfortable. Breakfast included. We were given early check-in for no extra charge. Decor very good. Good location with plenty of restaurants/ shops in the area . Extremely impressed. We will definitely return.
