Já me hospedei neste local três vezes. Porém, na terceira vez, houve uma situação bastante desagradável.
Eu havia reservado uma suíte com três dias de antecedência — a mesma em que já tinha me hospedado anteriormente. No entanto, ao entrar no quarto, percebi que não era a suíte reservada, e sim uma inferior.
Fui até a recepção para questionar, e a atendente informou que a suíte que seria disponibilizada estava em manutenção, pois um hóspede anterior havia quebrado o vaso. Disse também que ofereceria o frigobar como cortesia.
Ao aguardar mais explicação, a atendente acabou afirmando que havia acabado de disponibilizar a suíte que seria nossa, para outro casal que chegou enquanto estávamos subindo para o quarto. Um baita desrespeito. Hotel é ótimo porém neste dia tivemos a má sorte de ser atendido por esta recepcionista. Reclamei ao fazer o check-out para a outra recepcionista. Deixo esta reclamação para que seja tomado atitudes para que outras pessoas não passem por esse desconforto. Pois eu dificilmente voltarei.
