Cons:

A TV do quarto não sintonizava canal algum e o funcionário do hotel não conseguiu resolver o problema.
O valor constante na Nota Fiscal da estada é o mesmo valor que constou no aplicativo Booking, todavia foi cobrado um valor maior no hotel (apenas pela estada, sem qualquer consumo ou serviço extra).
