Precisa de mais atenção na limpeza; são detalhes que geram desconforto para quem está se instalando; exemplo: tinham toalhas limpas, porém esqueceram as toalhas usadas pelos hóspedes anteriores sobre a mesa, o que traz percepção de que a limpeza do quarto não foi no "capricho"; como é um hotel mais antigo, as instalações já trazem alguns desgastes do tempo

Maior insatisfação minha foi ter que ameaçar de forma mais rígida para receber a NF do Check-out em nome da empresa, mandaram alguns dias depois, com muita insistência. Por esse motivo procurei outro hotel quando precisei novamente. Café da manhã muito fraco para o nível do hotel.

Não fui recebida com simpatia, os dois funcionários que estavam quando cheguei estavam de cara fechada. O banheiro não estava tão limpo, tive que limpar antes de usar. Na manhã do dia seguinte, não consegui dormir de tanto barulho de conversas de funcionários, acredito que vinha da cozinha
