The location of this hotel is the best, I don't think you can get much better. If you stay here you must try the rooftop bar, the view is amazing at sunset and the staff were outstanding. There is not much about this hotel to say it was not reaching the high standard I would expect.
This is not a negative at all and did not make my stay any worse, but I would say some clearer information of the facilities and there whereabouts the hotel has and opening times etc would be good, the directory in the room tv was not very clear.

Size of the room
We expected to get the rooms before 3 pm, however, we got them after 3 pm after going to reception many times.
Coffee machine is not available, where it is available only in some rooms, which is totally unexpected from a 5 star hotel.
The pressure of the rain shower is very bad.
