We recently had the pleasure of returning to Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit for a week long stay, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

One of the highlights of our stay was the Regency Club Lounge. The team at the Club Lounge went above and beyond to ensure we get the best experience during our stay at the hotel. We want to thanks Pear, Arisa, View and BB for their warm welcomed, attentiveness, and professionalism made a lasting impression and a memorable experience. We also want to shout out to Min from housekeeping team for refreshing our room with high standards.

Overall, the combination of excellent service and outstanding food. I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit to anyone looking for a comfortable and elevated experience in Bangkok, and I look forward to returning again soon.

I had such a lovely afternoon tea experience at the hotel’s lobby lounge 💛
The “Honey Bee” afternoon tea set was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious. Every piece was thoughtfully crafted, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory. I especially loved the citrus flavors and the delicate presentation—it felt like enjoying edible art!
The drinks were refreshing and paired so well with the desserts. Everything felt light, elegant, and just right for a relaxing afternoon.
What made the experience even more special was the service."khun Bella and Khun Parry" were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect and added such a warm, personal touch to the whole experience.
Overall, it was such a cozy and delightful time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a sweet, relaxing treat in a beautiful setting ✨🍯

So appreciate hotel staffs. Friendly, Helpful and professional. Especially the event staffs. They provide excellent services. Hotel located in great location. Very closed to BTS Sky Train. Very convenient for transportation.

I love this hotels location near bts, great food is just around the corner. The staff is always wonderful, they always are very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet with plenty of room to relax after a day spent exploring.

My 5 nights stay at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok was great and wonderful. I loved the clean and spacious room. Location was great with many malls around. Most importantly is the team members here who made the stay very enjoyable and memorable. The front desk team is always there, ensuring that our stay is well taken care of. The Lounge and Restaurant may be busy, but all the members there are always attentive and dedicated in their services. I would like to thank the whole team for their impeccable services.

I had such a lovely experience enjoying my tea here. The drink was beautifully prepared smooth rich and perfectly balanced with just the right level of bitterness and sweetness. You can really tell the quality of the matcha is excellent.
What truly made the visit special though was the service. Parry was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.

The Afternoon tea set is very adorable. They are made from organic honey by the local in Chaing Mai. Very thoughtful and the taste is really good.

If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee head to the lobby at Hyatt Sukhumvit. Getting there is super easy just hop off at BTS Nana and walk straight into the hotel. The vibe is like relaxing in a garden surrounded by greenery and calm. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely fun making you feel completely at ease. What makes the experience unforgettable are Parry with her constant smile and Bella.

As close as it was to the hustle and bustle it felt away from it all and the staff were the best I’ve had in Bangkok.

Overall experience was great. Direct connection to Nana BTS station (about 2-3 minute via skywalk). All staff were helpful and responsive. Room itself is amazing, one of my curtain rods broke off and they sent in a team to fix it without me requesting it, which means the cleaning staff were also very attentive. 10/10 experience.

Very good! Everything was first class from the cleanliness of the room to the entire staff.. the rooftop bar was a huge hit.

This is the third time I have stayed here and every time it exceeds my expectations. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The dining experience is fantastic. Immaculately kept hotel that I will continue to stay at for many years to come.
