The service staff is really kind and quick .. our family stay was made so pleasantly at home.. our request from day 1 to day 9 were acceded to v quickly … room is thoughtfully designed and equipped .. toilet amenities is fantastic !! location was great .. near bts near terminal 21 ! Breakfast was yummilicious with such a generous spread … love coconut water !!! Our second stay at Hyatt regency was just as memorable as it was the first …

Es war sehr sauber und es sind hochwertige Materialien verbaut. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Rooftop bar ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist wie überall sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück Buffet ist der Hammer, sehr lecker.
Wurde um 08:30 Uhr mit häufigem klingeln an der Türe geweckt. Sie wolle jetzt das Zimmer reinigen.

Another excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit Bangkok. As always, the service was outstanding, the Club Lounge access was top-notch, and the staff made me feel truly welcome. The hotel offers great facilities and activities, and the location is perfect for both business and leisure. I always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again soon.
Conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, and the mall. Staff is very accommodating and friendly/helpful. Beautiful ambience and the lounge offers a lot of great foods.
Rooms are well maintained and well stocked. There’s a beauty city view from most vantage points.
One comment, the noise from market cafe can be heard up to the 5th floor meeting rooms. It would be better if there is a way to reduce noise. Aside from that everything was a great experience.
I come here for afternoon tea quite often because I love the taste, the atmosphere, and the service from the staff, especially Parry and Bella. I’m happy every time I visit.
We had a pleasant evening enjoying a great aftertoon tea. Parry and Bella were attentive and provided us with great hospitality. Will come again for sure.
nice large rooms and toilet, service was impeccable. breakfast buffet was very enjoyable too! directly linked to NANA BTS which was v convenient. highly recommended.
Great location and very easy to access from the Nana BTS station. The atmosphere is lovely, and the afternoon tea is served in the lobby with a beautiful garden view. All of the staff, especially Khun Parry, Bella, and Ju demonstrated wonderful service minds. While the afternoon tea set is cute, photogenic, and tastes standard, the highlight is definitely the free-flow drinks and gelato that come included with the set.
