UNA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL REALMENTE EXTRAORDINARIA
Pros:

Nos facilitaron la misma habitación que en una estancia anterior, esquinada y tranquila y con cama de matrimonio y fuimos muy bien atendidos por Cristina de Administración, Carmen de Recepción, Rosi en planta de pisos y Mari Cruz, quien en el turno de noche y al no poder llegar antes de la hora prevista del check-in y de la cena, nos envió por WhatsApp una completa información de cómo acceder al Hotel y nos dejó preparados dos exquisitos bocadillos y el aire acondicionado de la habitación en marcha. En definitiva un trato excepcional y muy cercano y familiar.

Cons:

Un poco incompleto el desayuno que entra en la media pensión.

Todo perfecto. Habitación grande, camas cómodas, nada ruidoso, parking privado del hotel gratuito. Teníamos media pensión. Cena y desayuno correctos. Especial mención a Mari Cruz, la chica que nos atendió durante la cena, super agradable y atenta. Sin duda repetiremos.
