הבריכה יפה, עם גינה יפה מסביב- לא מעבר לזה, כל השאר זוועה.

1. מיקום- מיקום טוב, בכניסה לעיר אלברובילו, אבל מעבר לזה אין כלוח בסביבה, רחוק חצי שעה ממונופולי, 40 דקות פולינאנו, שעה מבארי. חוץ מאלבריבילו, אין מה לחפש בסביבה.
2. החדר הכי גרוע והכי ישן שהייתי בו אי פעם, עם פער עצום. (והייתי באין ספור בתי מלון עד כה) - חדר מקלחת מיושן, מיטות לא נוחות ומאוד מאוד ישנות, כריות קשות, כיסוי כריות ומזרונים של פעם. טלוויזיה כמעט ולא דולקת.
3. כן יש מזגן, חלש, אבל לפחות קיים.
4. צוות גרוע בלשון המעטה, לא עוזרים בכלל, לא מספקים תשובות, לא מדברים אנגלית כמעט בכלל.
5. איזור הבריכה יפה ומטופח, אומנם מעט מיטות שיזוף, אין בכלל מטריות, לכן האיזור שמשי, אבל בסדר לא נורא, הכי הכי גרוע שהבריכה סוגרת מ 12:00 עד 15:00
זה הדבר הכי הזוי שנתקלנו בו באיטליה עד כה.
בריכה של מלון בתוך עיירת תיירית כמו אלברובילו, שנסגרת בשעות השיא של אחר הצהריים, ולמה? כך, אין סיבה. כי הצוות רוצה לנוח.
6. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר, כמה פרוסטת גבינה, כמה מורטדולה, וזהו.

יש רמאות לא גלויה עם המלון הזה. הגענו למלון ל 3 לילות, משפחה של זוג עם שתי ילדות. מלון על פניו בוטיק עם בריכה מאוד יפה. כשהגענו גילינו שהבריכה תהיה סגורה בשעות 12 עד 15:30 . שעות השיא של החום, שעות שאנחנו אמורים להנות מהמלון ומהבריכה. מידע שלא היה גלוי בעת ההזמנה. חיפשתי בעמוד של המלון בבוקינג בכל מקום, לא היה שום דבר כתוב על הנושא הזה. זה נושא מאוד חשוב עבורי ועבור המון משפחות שבאות להנות מאלברובלו ודרום איטליה. עליכם להכריח את המלון לרשום את זה בברור כדי שאנשים ידעו לפני ההזמנה. זה בסופו של דבר הרס לי את החופשה, למרות שהזמנו 3 לילות, הזמנתי מלון אחר ועזבתי אחרי היום השני.

un'oasi rinfrescante
Pros:

L'albergo è fuori Alberobello (bellissima!), ci si arriva con una passeggiata di circa 8 minuti. la camera ha dimensioni standard ma ha una parete finestrata che non ti fa sentire costretto. la piscina è davvero piacevole e ben tenuta, immersa in un giardino pieno di piante e fiori. ricco buffet colazione. il parcheggio non è riservato all'Hotel, è una stradina laterale in cui si può parcheggiare gratuitamente ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto facilmente

Cons:

la struttura è un po' vecchiotta, soprattutto il bagno e alla reception spesso mancava il referente, ma sono stati tutti estremamente gentili
