Nice spa experience.
Pros:

The spa with wide bath and sauna selection was above expectation.

Cons:

Amenities were limited, for example; we could get hot kettle and cups from the reception, but no tea is provided, bring it yourself

Cons:

部屋の変更の手続きがスタッフが出来ずお金を倍で取られる所だった。
かなりの時間差で上司が出てきて対応してくれた。カラオケを利用したら吸ってもないタバコを吸ったと言われ部屋のクリーニング代を払ってと言われた。ただ部屋がタバコ臭いと言う理由で。
カラオケルーム入る前からタバコ臭い。近くに喫煙所があるからだと思うが気分悪くした。

우선 대욕장 .. 아이랑 같이 갔는데 정말 반했어요 아이만 따로 씻길수 있는 커다란 욕조에 장난감들도 가득, 직원분들 너무 친절하구요 야외탕에서 보이는 바다뷰도 너무 좋아요.. 아이와 함께 오신다면 강추 합니다! 1층에 식당도 맛있어요ㅠㅠ 꼬치랑 라면이랑 정말 최고에요..!!!!!

すごく癒された時間を過ごす事が出来て最高！
Pros:

誕生日はがきによる同伴者を含めての4000円割引は魅力でした。宿泊料金に入館料が含まれているのは大変、良心的な対応で、また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

追加会員が2名も居たのに受付スタッフの対応がイマイチで、ちょっと残念でした。
