My room was good and had everything they advertised. The breakfast was just ok not great.
Pros:

It was clean and close to a lot of shopping!

Cons:

The hallways smelled terrible!!!! Someone was smoking things and completely smelling up the whole floor!

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Convenient to local restaurants and Amtrak station where we eventually ended up.

Cons:

Our only issue was the toilet in our bathroom didn’t fill several times after flushing. We let someone know at the front desk.

Comfort that allowed me to rest, fill by belly, and get some work done on my computer
Pros:

I was impressed with my hotel stay. Having access to. Refrigerator, microwave and dishes was a bonus. I plan to staying another week in three months.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. I love the suite aspect and location.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. I liked the options of proteins and beverages available.

Cons:

There was a musty odor in our room, possibly from the hvac system. The room appeared clean and met my expectations for cleanliness.

AC worked well in the room

Cons:

Housekeeper seemed nice but could of been better if she could communicate with me. At first the heat throughout the hotel was too hot, elevator hallways. The price is better going through this party. Breakfast, items way over done. Let's are welcome but need better and more areas to walk your pet and dog poo laying around the hotel is nasty.

We will not use this particular hotel again.
Pros:

It was cold all three days ,biscuit's were quite hard. The waffles were fresh cause we made them. I’m talking about breakfast of course .

Cons:

We were there three days and the room was never touched by a maid. We called front desk about the phone constantly blinking but nothing was done. Not up to Hiltons usual standards.
