Hotel is alright and friendly staff, but some facilities are abandoned
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to different parts of the city, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is a bit dated but is comfortable and has everything you might need.

Cons:

The pool is completely abandoned. We went upstairs on a sunny day for a swim, but I couldn’t face getting in the water. The water was cloudy and dirty, with loads of plastic floating around. The area felt like there was an event there and then it was abandoned afterwards, literally no staff around. It was a shame since it was a beautiful hot day but it was impossible to use the pool - staff should pay more attention to all facilities.
