Pros:

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and every time I leave very satisfied. It’s a cozy family-run hotel with a calm and welcoming atmosphere — a really comfortable place to relax. Everything is always clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts are delicious. I’m always happy to come back here.

Очень удобное расположение,близко пешком к центру старого Тбилиси. Мы заселились рано утром. Несмотря на это неудобство,девочка на ресепшен повысила категорию номера.Это было неожиданно приятно. Убирают и меняют полотенца каждый день. В номере тихо. На завтрак был прекрасный выбор,до обеда даже не задумывались о еде. Я забыла маленькую вещь в номере,очень расстроилась. Но утром мне написали,что она найдена. Это очень ценно,что девочки отозвались помочь мне с отправкой столь важной вещи для меня! Вы супер! Всем рекомендую отель!

Очень быстрое заселение, отзывчивый персонал. Был ранний выезд-по просьбе приготовили нам боксы с завтпаком с собой.

Вкусный завтрак, удобное расположение. Если номер с видом - то вообще шикарно. Хороший ресепшн и вообще персонал, все быстро чётко, для Грузии это ценно)
