Maria Luis....nice and cute place to stay
Pros:

We liked the hotel and the room we stayed in. It was comfortable, clean and all the essentials were in place. Breakfast had varieties and was well organized. We especially liked the hospitality and professionalism of the Admin Manager Maria who is an excellent host, friendly and caring.

Cons:

Everything was good. However the lift had a technical issue and wasnt working temporarily. Maria helped us in managing the luggage storage in the ground floor, so it was ok.

Overprice for the quality
Pros:

Location is kinda ok. Friendly stuff.

Cons:

Breakfast was served with mold on the food, terrace is closed and doesn’t mention it anywhere and I booked because of terrace, but worn rooms

Cons:

Otopark girişi zordu. Otel'in latin alfabeli ismini göremedik. Arabayla ararken önce göremedik. Kahvaltı zayıftı. Ama bu paraya ancak bu kadar olur.

Central location, good breakfast, good value.
Pros:

Excellent location close to city center and Trinity Cathedral (see view from room). Quiet location.

Cons:

Front desk staff needs more training in customer service. When the room TV was not working, the front desk told me (at 2pm) to wait for evening shift to look at it after 6 pm. They
fixed it when I objected. Room telephone was not working. Bottled water was not provided on second visit. Staff did not offer me breakfast box when I left at 615 am - first visit. At 2 pm on last day, I tried to book airport van (for a midnight departure) but there was no staff at front desk. I returned at 7 pm and was told I had to do it earlier in the day. They did make arrangements though. One should not feel nervous contacting a front desk.
Note: Cleaning staff were excellent and helpful.

Прекрасный отель !
Останавливалась всего на одну ночь, но впечатления остались самые приятные. Номер был чистый и уютный 🥰.
Вкусный и свежий завтрак - отличное начало дня. Расположение у отеля очень удобное, всё рядом. Также есть небольшая парковка , что очень удобно для гостей путешествующих на автомобиле.
Персонал добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный к гостям. Спасибо за хороший приём!
Обязательно вернусь снова 🥰
