Arrivée et départ en totale autonomie,pas de reception contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site hotel.com. Pas de communication directe avec la propriétaire,sms seulement.

If you have other choice, Do not book this place. The procedure of entering room is horrible.

Il manquait du matériel par rapport au descriptif et les oreillers très inconfortables.

Penosa comunicacion con el alojamiento, les escribes y no responden. He intentado hablar con ellos varias veces y nada.

Bed sheets were damaged. Pillows uncomfortable and poor quality. Sofa bed has 3 damaged slats. Garden could have done with having been mowed. Tree house seating area was very dirty. One broken step on way in. Nothing like the pictures. Toilet was noisy and had to be turned by a switch to turn off the flush.
Whats most upsetting is the owner could not be botherd to help me when i messaged after our stay , practically begging for them to send my amazon fire stick i left in the tv. Was just told other people were in there. Well i was a customer so why dont you try get it for me ? Why not tell me when the occupants leave ? Stopped communicating witn me and she ignored hotels.com calls and emails. You're an absolute disgrace. Ignored all my efforts to get my device back too. Awful.
Never coming back. The place was dirty and bog standard. Dont stay here , she doesnt deserve a penny.

Hebergement parfait.

Déplacement pour affaire. Séjour en décembre. L'appartement était relativement froid. il a fallu attendre pour le chauffage qui n'était de très bonne performance

On the plus side, the 2-roomed apartment (Romane) was roomy, had nice beds, and a nice rustic feel. The garden below was lovely. It was good to have a locked gate to the property. Several bottles of water in the fridge. Quite a good information compendium.

On the negative side, the bathroom tap was permanently scunged, and was loose and moved about, the toilet cistern filled only after about 20 minutes of dripping sound and the only cupboard which could have held hanging clothes was full of the owner’s equipment. Wifi slow.

We specifically wanted a washing machine and relied on booking.com’s amenities list which stated there was a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen of the apartment. It was very disappointing to find none in the unit. There was a laundry room elsewhere on the property but this was in nearly-constant use by the hotel, washing its own laundry. Many wasted trips to the hotel laundry. No rack on which to dry our clothes.
The kitchen equipment was rudimentary, tiny (eggcup) wineglasses, no large drinking glasses, the odd cracked glass etc. No dishwasher or dishbrush. No bench space to speak of. Some of the utensils (just kept in a tin) were not clean enough. All rather tired and inadequate. OK, perhaps, if you never want to eat in, but this is an apt in the countryside.

Although in the countryside, the A5 main road is reasonably close, and if the wind is blowing that way, the road noise is strong, also the sound of the railway.
We had expected to be able to have indoor/outdoor flow and to sit outside and use the garden. We only found out when we got the check-in instructions that our apt was upstairs with no deck.

We found the need for a 300 EUR guarantee rather ironic given the above. The property was not immaculate or well-equipped. The online guarantee system would not work for us and it took hours and several calls to finally resolve it. The booking info said a credit card guarantee would be taken on arrival. This would have saved some hours of frustration and stress but there is no reception and no direct human contact at all.

Le séjour se passe très bien, suite très propre, facile d'accès, confortable mais la montée des escaliers pour se rendre à la mezzanine est périlleuse pour des personnes d'un certain âge. Un seul bémol: aucune présence physique d'une personne si ce n'est un contact par SMS, ce qui est vraiment regrettable.

We loved that it’s a family owned unique place rather than a chain hotel. It has a lot of charm inside but also beautiful grounds outside. Owners are quick to answer any need we had. We would definitively stay there again or recommend this place.
