AAM Hotel

Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay.

there are parking area inside the hotel compound, which is actually terrace house, to park my bicycle. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Property condition need maintenance, the room i stay in shower holder broken, cabinet door broken / damage etc. But overall it was ok and manageble for one night stay.

Bed sheet is so dirty, rusty furniture everywhere,

Ran down shared bathroom, broken toilet doors.so much dirt came out from the tiles gaps, broken showers/plumbing, no water pressure, taking bath is a nightmare.

No TV. One plug point only.

No hooks for hanging clothes, find small pin or screw on wall on your own.

A bad condition of room & toilet

The sound proof is poor as you can listening to next room conversation clearly. The breakfast provide quite yummy as it suite my tastes

Its not an hotel but its a 2 story house. Room thst i got is too small and not clean and worst the bathroom was terribly dirty and no water pressure. Not worth staying in this place.

Horrible. We saw cockroach when we open the door. Water pressure very low and water heater not functioning. Blanket full of stains. The bed was supported with bricks, my kids kicked the brick few times.

Everything was okay. Need to improve on the breakfast menu. Sometimes its delicious sometimes just okay lah

A thematic hotel is filled with decorative flowers especially catered for wedding groups. Price of rooms are cheap and include a filling breakfast. The breakfast was generous as there were nasi lemak, fried bee hoon, spaghetti, sandwiches, various local cakes and drinks such as packet coffee or Milo. Our family of four stayed in two rooms. Living rooms and rooms including bathrooms are clean. The hotel is spread out over 5 units of double storey houses (3 units together while the other two are 100 metres away further down the row). The cons are water for one of the sink was weak, slightly stained blanket, no towels or ammenities provided except for a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste in each room and guests are expected to wash their own plates and cups after breakfast. Overall it was a good stay for the price that we paid.

Staff are so friendly, cleanliness also very good.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. The room very clean and feel like staying home more than hotel. Will come again
