Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per sei giorni. Le camere sono grandi e comode e la colazione è davvero buona. L'hotel è riuscito a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consiglio!

Pros:

Il personale gentilissimo.
Noi il giorno del check out avevamo il transfer alle 17:30, loro ci hanno fatto lasciare senza problemi le valigie in hotel per farci godere le ultime ore ad Istanbul.
Inoltre ci hanno fatto aspettare il transfer per L ‘ aeroporto tranquillamente tre ore nella hall, dalle 14:30 alle 17:30, nonostante il nostro check out fosse stato alle 12.

The staff were helpful and the hotel is conveniently located to all the attractions. I would ask for a room on the third

The proximity to restaurants, the Grand Bazaar and all the other iconic tourist attractions was great.
The rooms were comfortable and a good size. Breakfast is included in the price so that was a bonus.

Overall, everything was great.
Pros:

Responsive staff — they resolved an issue with our room and offered another one, although in my opinion the room we were moved to was actually the same type as the one we originally booked. The location itself is not very attractive, but geographically it is excellent — everything is close by. Considering that it is near the Grand Bazaar, you should expect traffic and a longer trip from the airport. The TV did not have any English‑language channels available, or at least I couldn’t find any. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The minibar had no price list, which was inconvenient.

Pros:

La proximité des attractions. Le déjeuner était excellent. Le personnel du déjeuner était très sympathique. La chambre était propre et confortable (Chambre #402). La douche était fantastique. Beaucoup de pression.

Cons:

Les oreillers n’étaient pas moelleux. Le personnel à l’accueil aurait pu être plus souriant et offrir des conseils.
