والتصميم الخارجي والداخلي للشقق
توفر المواقف

Cons:

سكنا في الشقه ١١٤ في الدور الاول
وللاسف الازعاج موجود من الكوفي
وكذلك من الشقق المجاوره
لا يوجد عزل بين الشقق
تسمع مايحدث في الشقه المجاوره

مكان إقامة سي جداً في موقع ممتاز للأسف

موظفي الاستقبال ومشرف الفتره كان تعاملهم سيئ جداً ويفتقد لابسط قواعد التعامل مع النزلاء، تم تسليمنا جناح وكان مشغول بنزيل آخر وتم تأخيرنا لمدة حتى الساعه السابعة مساءً ولم يكن المكان مجهز وتوجد روائح مزعجة في الجناح والكنب متشقق ومغطى بشراشف والطاولات متسخه ولا توجد استجابه من موظفي الاستقبال. التجربة كانت سيئة جداً

النظافة وسعة الغرف
سرعة الاستجابة عند طلب الاغراض او المساعدة
خدمة التوصيل للحرم

البعد عن الحرم
اوصي بوجود خدمة التوصيل للحرم كل سعتين بالاضافة الى التوصيل للصلوات خلال اليوم لان ناس تحب تتردد على الحرم خارج الصلوات

Not happy about staff hospitality

Cons:

I didn't like that at roof they didn't provide any shades or Umbrella for sitting areas.

Also what I should pay warrebty deposit to take the room this is unlogic

The room was a good size, and the coffee shop at the lobby 40x40 is great.

Cons:

Room service to clean or get basics like what took forever. A simple request will need 3 to 4 calls to follow up.
