Generally a good property but the breakfast issue really was not good!
Pros:

Well located…comfortable and clean rooms….. attractive lobby and attentive staff!

Cons:

Very unhappy with the weekend breakfast… the food was similar to hotels that offer free breakfasts and the cost was very high for what was on the buffet. On Sunday morning we left the hotel to find a restaurant in the area rather than have the same terrible breakfast a second time. We did give feedback and the cost was removed from our bill. Our breakfast on Monday was very good with a freshly made meal. This is something very unfortunate when visiting this hotel over the weekend. It should be offered free on weekends and customers should be advised before staying at this property,

The power went out the majority of the time of our stay The room was stuffy at a temp of 81 degrees which was not what I was expecting for a relaxing getaway. The air conditioner was screaming at me all night like an alarm and the TV did not work. For the price they were expecting i was expecting. It was nice the hotel had a pool which was one of the main purposes to enjoy the hotel even more but it needed to be cleaned. Once we mentioned to the customer service rep our experience she mentioned we would be compensated. However once the shift switched we were not and was told it was nothing they could do but the complimentary breakfast which we already had paid for when we booked the room. Surely, accommodation of another night another time would have been suitable since booked 2 rooms with the same issues.

We enjoyed our stay, love the inclusive accommodations especially in the pool area, and the staff were all kind, patient

Comfortable and relaxing!
Pros:

This hotel is great! I stay here all the time. It is modern, clean, I love the walkable area, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was changed and I liked it better than the buffet. I was able to get egg whites with the turkey sausage and appreciated the modification for my health needs.

Cons:

There is not anything I didn't like.
