Obiekt bardzo fajny pod kątem lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko, super miejsce wypadowe na wycieczki. Blisko ładna plaża nissi beach. Jedzenie było smaczne, pokoje ładne jedynie nie byłyśmy zadowolone ze sprzątania. Łazienki brudne pomimo, że sprzątaczki w danym dniu niby sprzątały pokój. Z prysznica wylewała się woda aż poza drzwi do kuchni a Pani sprzątaczka nawet tego nie wycierała.

Cons:

Sprzątaczki tylko wymieniały pościel ale nie sprzątały łazienek. Przez cały pobyt miałyśmy brudną łazienkę. Wodą z prysznica wylewa się aż do kuchni pomimo zamkniętych drzwi do łazienki

Nous avons réservé pour trois nuits, le premier jour dès l’arrivée dans la chambre un gros cafard sort de dessous le lit. Les joints de la salle de bain étaient moisis et il y avait une quinzaine de moucherons sur les murs. Le sol n’était pas propre et le congélateur était ouvert et ne se fermait pas donc toute l’eau coulait dans la pièce. Nous avons prévenu le personnel du manque d’hygiène dont la présence d’un cafard, nous avons demandé un changement de chambre qui a été refusé car « ce n’est qu’un insecte et nous n’avons plus de chambre disponible » un employé est venu asperger la chambre de spray contre les cafard. Le cafard toujours vivant grimpait le rideau et l’air était irrespirable. Ce gentil monsieur a heureusement finit par nous en débarrasser et à passer un coup de serpillière au sol.
J’ai contacté booking pour expliquer la situation car je ne comprends pas comment on peut payer un studio dans cet état. Votre service a contacté l’établissement et le lendemain après midi (jour2) nous avons reçu un petit mot sous la porte nous indiquant qu’ils étaient désolés du désagrément et qu’ils nous offraient le petit déjeuner du jour 3 et 4. En rentrant dans la chambre un deuxième gros cafard sort de nulle part puis repart dans les murs.
Impossible de s’installer ou de dormir correctement, les affaires sont posées sur les meubles en hauteur, nous ne pouvions pas être à notre aise. Nous retournons à la réception pour expliquer le problème et dire que maintenant c’est inadmissible, 2 cafards en deux jours.
Une personne qui semblait être le manager nous change ENFIN de chambre.
Arrivé dans la nouvelle chambre qui n’avait rien à voir avec la première (ce n’était pas un studio comme nous avions payé car apparemment il n’y en avait plus), la chambre semblait visuellement plus propre mais les placards de la cuisine avaient une odeur de pourri et le matelas du canapé lit était complètement bancal avec des affaissements par tout.
