Beautiful relaxing stylish hotel in nature setting
Pros:

Incredible building and gardens
Rooms are stunning and huge
Contrary to some reviews i really liked the food and thought the staff were respectful and professional
Loved the salt room sauna
Close walk to the village with shops and restaurants that are lower in price but still ok
Will definitely come again

Cons:

There is a lot of families with children which can be loud would be great if the hotel had some section for only adult rooms for example
I was surprised there is no salon in the hotel (for nails/hair)

Môi trường rất yên tĩnh và thoải mái để nghĩ dườn

Cons:

Phòng tắm không có cửa ngăn. Không hiểu đây là ai thiết kế nhưng nếu đi cùng gia đình có trẻ nhỏ thì rất không tiện

L emplacement, la décoration de l établissement, la literie même si on aura préféré un grand lit double. Petits déjeuners variés et cuisinés.

Cons:

Les dîners au restaurant pas du tout à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. Chambre trop sombre pour la lecture

Pros:

beautiful property. Execellent location & staffs. Especially Mr Ngoc assistant of supervisor gives us a tour and explain to us about the facilities and the meaning of each design in the resort.

Beautiful and unique property!
Pros:

The property itself was stunning, the art, interiors, exteriors… couldn’t fault it! The location was great too

Cons:

The reception staff unfortunately.. we checked in early and weren’t excepting the room to be ready, it wasn’t so we decided to go up the mountain, the receptionist offered to buy us tickets directly, but had issues with their printer and asked us to sit and wait while they fixed the printer, waited 20min and then I think he forgot about us, we asked if we could just buy tickets directly, he said yes as the printer still wasn’t fixed (which would have been a much easier suggestion from the get go)… when we got back to the hotel in the afternoon, we noticed our bags still sitting outside the foyer, so assumed our room wasn’t ready (as we never received a message either) but upon asking they confirmed our room was ready and awkwardly tried to walk our bag with us to the room, even though that wasn’t required (would have been more helpful to have offered the service upfront - taking it to the room, messaging us when ready etc). Overall, strange first interaction for an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Room was amazing. The property was beautiful.

Cons:

The restaurant was more of a 9 than a 10. The level of English of the staff was more of an 8. Everything else was a 10.
