Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are kept very clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Rude, dirty and inedible
Pros:

Any stay at a hotel starts with the reception staff and the reception staff at Bayview are horrendously inefficient. The impoliteness starts with their refusal to look up when talking to you so impossible to hear what they saying. The words "please" or "thank you" don't ever leave their lips!! The inefficient nature of their work continues when you have to argue to get the room you paid for and have shown them the booking confirmation showing this room. Shouting at the customer and acting threatening later enters the scene via a guy named Moses who shouldn't be allowed near any reception again!
Oh well, onto the room. Dirty bathroom with loose fittings including streaks in the toilet....yuk!! Bed rock solid. Aircon noisy and clanking which added to the noise from door slamming in the corridors!
Food was terrible. They have a continental menu which included 4 soups, none of which were available!! Had some lukewarm fried rice and chicken which later put me on the loose fitted toilet! Also asked for some grilled beef with this and got 5 lumps of charcoal which were inedible.
Place is a mess and needs someone with some sense to sort it out! Otherwise, give up and get out!

Pros:

Had an enjoyable stay at the Bayview hotel. The manager and staff were excellent. The hotel has a good ambiance and the food top notch. Kudos to the chef. I’d be back
