not clean, many items in the room didnt work properly, the staffs were not really care.
Really friendly and helpful staff. The garden and statues are very nice, especially at night. Not too far from the airport with free shuttle
The hotel is in a very nice location if you want to be close to the airport. Is quiet and can rest, and the staff is friendly.
The cleaness of the room was terrible. I found (human) hair balls rolling around my room and the towels were smelling terribly and stop being white centuries ago. the refirgerator was not cooling, the aircon barely made is job, and the wifi was impossible... The englisg spoken by the staff is highly improvable and I couldn´t even get an invoice for my Company. I don´t consider myself a picky guy, but I need a minimum, mainly about cleaness, and this hotel was really under my expectations and more having the RAMADA brand behind. I´m very sorry
The room and the bed are very big. It can park the car in front of the room.
It has so many insect. The first day i came inside and want to open my luggage, there was a crokroach flew into me and then the next day in the morning I found a small scorpion in the toilet. Lucky I did not step on it. I think because the situation of the hotel ex of paddy field long time ago so many insect. But i cannot tolerate for crokroach, it was a big no no for me. As my 2 night stayed there, almost everyday i saw crokroach 😔.
The staff were nice.
Long waiting time when the staff promised early checkin through app.
The free shuttle was unavailable due to their vip management was visiting.
The liquid soap shampoo was just 90% water I would say.
The bed was not thoroughly clean.
The hotel was in a great location and the facilities were beautiful. It was nice to walk around the grounds and see all the nice statues and decorations. The temple is great. The breakfast was great with many things to choose from

Very nice place close to airport. Staff was super friendly. Room was great and spacious.
The room was big but worn out, but OK for someone who is just staying there only to sleep. The service is at the hotel or professional, also the breakfast was fantastic The pool was just amazing however it was close to the restaurant and we felt like we are being watched all the time especially because we were wearing bikinis.
The staff at a Ramada was very helpful in all our wishes, however the receptionists could speak better English.
We would stay here again.
