This is a great area in Louisville. The hotel
is close to the mall. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There is no daily housekeeping. There is a gym and a pool. Great standard breakfast selection. About 20 minute drive to Louisville downtown.

So many great things to say about this place. Start with the staff, super friendly and helpful, from the manager to the food staff. The rooms are clean and large, plenty of space for families or solo trips. The location is great, lots of things to do, including great restaurants and movie theaters. We feel so lucky to have found this place and we have been back several times now.

You will be immediately impressed by how welcoming and well-maintained the property is. The lobby and public areas are clean, inviting, and beautifully kept, creating a great first impression.

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome instantly. It’s clear this establishment takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a beautiful property.

The location is another great advantage—it’s in a convenient area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roadways, while also feeling safe and well-kept.

I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a hotel in the Louisville area.

We stayed for 4 nights for our son's wedding weekend. Our desired room type was not available on our first night but the staff went above and beyond to make our first night as comfortable and stress-free as possible, working out a solution to store our wedding supplies between rooms.

The rooms were very clean and comforable, the fitness room was larger than expected and the public spaces on the main level were large and spacious - great for meeting up with friends and family.

My family found the breakfast service exceeded expectations and the staff that worked it and cleared dishes were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Louisville!

We came from out of town for our daughter's wedding and stayed for several days for our daughter's wedding. Julie was wonderful in working with my wife to set up a block of rooms and also in helping us check in early because we had commitments the afternoon of check in. This was the only hotel we contacted that did not require a credit card on file to block off rooms. Because of this, they were the only hotel we used. The breakfast was very good and the staff for the breakfast was terrific. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The pool, the staff. Overall it was great, I had a great time with my family.

It was in a good spot with plenty of food and shopping around it and the studio was amazing!!

I came here for a weekend trip , and it was perfect and quiet. The house keeping is always around if you need anything extra. Very safe you can even use the elevators without your key card.

Staff friendly

Stayed for a special occasion and felt special in doing so. Josh, the manager on duty, I believe, was very friendly during the Monday managers reception, which was fantastic a full meal really and provided a complementary by the hotel the first three days of the week, the room spectacularly clean and new you have to Use your room key to activate the elevator, which is a safety feature, but it’s in a really nice area. Now breakfast was special. We haven’t had such a good breakfast and we’ve been travelling for three weeks down here and it’s included! We would absolutely recommend it. Stay here again. I don’t really wanna leave.

Overall, I highly recommend this place whether you’re traveling for work, leisure, or a mix of both. It’s reliable, comfortable, and run by someone who genuinely cares—hard to ask for more than that.

Very impressed with the hotel and staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and nice. Our kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

We stayed here over the weekend with our two granddaughters. Our room/suite was spacious and clean. The hotel is located between two major malls so perfect for taking our girls shopping. The breakfast food was good and plentiful. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant and accommodating. The front desk employees were fantastic. A special shout out to the sales manager, Julie. She was very helpful with planning our stay. We will definitely plan on staying here again in the future when we are back in Louisville!

Recently during the snowstorm, I stayed here. The breakfast staff was amazing! The front desk made me feel like I was at home. I loved my room; I slept like a baby. The next day they helped me clear my car and I got on the road no issues. I would defiantly stay again.
