Cons:

Bastante antiguas las instalaciones. Las ventanas muy bonitas al ser las originales del edificio pero no se podían abrir o cerrar adecuadamente y no aislaban en absoluto. El colchón tampoco era especialmente cómodo.

No puedes llegar esperando demasiado, porque sabes que no estás reservando un hotel de 5*

La verdad que relación calidad-precio está bastante bien, es mejor que dormir en una pensión o una casa compartida.

Podrían invertir un poquito de dinero en las habitaciones y mejoraría muchísimo haciendo pequeñas cosas. Como por ejemplo, los baños.

El desayuno es un poco escaso, no hay nada de proteína y quizá con eso también podría levantar un poquito la imagen del hotel. Tiene todo para convertirse en un hotel boutique como los que están poniéndose muy de moda en la zona.

I would like what I paid for and didn’t get it and request half of my money back from Hotel Madrid

We have stayed at this hotel previously always been shown to our room and the reception have always been good, but on this occasion we were just given keys and directions.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with the room, I requested a balcony but we were in a room at the back of the hotel, there was a frosted window with no natural light it felt very boxed in we really didn’t like it we asked to change rooms but was told there was none. I am disappointed with booking.com also you gave me a range of prices for this hotel ranging from 40.00 plus eu and the price we paid which was you’re top price we paid expecting a nice room with a balcony or a window with a view of the pretty square outside .
