Pros:

The hotel was great! The pool was filthy, green and moldy could not see the bottom could not get in! I was very disappointed. Other than that it was 5 stars the employees were great! I was so disappointed I wanted to get in the pool!

I’m very disappointed in my stay
Pros:

I like the location of the property and everything looked great from the outside

Cons:

My room was not clean two days after I tipped the staff $30 to make sure it was clean. It was not clean during checkout. It took almost an hour for me to check out because the person upfront was not there.

Just ok. I will be staying elsewhere next time in Madison.
Pros:

Close to doctor. Close to restaurant.

Cons:

Room not ready when I arrived(rm 208). We were given another room on the 1st floor.

Would stay here again should the occasion arise.
Pros:

The room was quiet. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms or from the hallway. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The hotel was 2 minutes away from the Retina Surgery Center, which is why I chose this hotel. There was the Baptist, Walgreens, Primo's Restaurant, and Georgia Blue Restaurant just through a couple of parking lots. Very convenient if you don't want to drive a great distance for incidentals or food.
