Nichts! Absolut nichts!

Cons:

2 Nächte im schlimmsten Hotel wo ich jemals war. Die Fotos auf der Internetseite hat nichts mit dem Zustand zu tun den du vorfinden wirst. Unser Zimmer hat nach Abfluss gerochen. Es war dreckig. Angerannt und absolut nicht akzeptabel. Zweimal haben wir versucht mit dem Personal unseren Unmut und eine Alternative zu finden. Die Antwort war wir können freiwillig gehen. Wollten wir auch aber den Preis erstattet haben. Natürlich klares NEIN! Überall findet man im Hotel Strafenzettel! Aber das die Zimmer Strafe genug sind merken die nicht. Hab mich zweimal an Booking gewendet und hoffe das die wenigstens dieses furchtbare Hotel von der Seite nehmen! Ein so großer Name wie Booking und hat so ein schlechtes Hotel auf ihrer Seite! Ich kann nur empfehlen dort NICHT zu buchen!!!!

Ich habe dieses Hotel für eine Nacht für meine Tochter gebucht, da sie ein Konzert in Düsseldorf besucht hat und dort übernachten musste. Besonders wichtig war für uns die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel sehr schmutzig und nicht richtig gereinigt. Das Einzige, was einigermaßen sauber war, war die Bettwäsche. Zuerst wurden sie sogar in ein schmutziges, noch nicht aufgeräumtes Zimmer gebracht. Danach wurde das Zimmer zum Glück gewechselt.

Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Betten so locker geschraubt dass man sie teilweise verbiegen konnte (wir sind nicht übergewichtig)

Keine Kartenzahlung, was für eine Großstadt wie Düsseldorf überraschend ist.

Müll (siehe die verkrusteten, alten Augenpatches im Bild) von vorherigen Gästen hinterm Bett dazu ein dreckiger, zerkratzter Boden und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche.

Keine Handtücher (nicht mal für Hände) und angefangene Toiletten Papier Rolle

Altes Ambiente, darunter auch kein Feuermelder, erinnert einen durchaus an die DDR (vor Allem mit der UdSSR a Flagge am Eingang)

Für 81 Euro pro Nacht erwartet man nicht zu viel, aber dennoch mehr als das.

Only İrina from the staff was polite. You couldn't find anything in the hotel normal.

Cons:

Dirty, narrow rooms, for everything they ask deposit. Even if you ask to enter room 5 minutes early they ask 10 euros. Furniture is old.
