Badezimmer, musste komplett sanieren, fernsehen nur ein Sendung läuft, Fernbedienung kaputt, WLAN in Dachgeschoss keinsignal, Handtüchern gegen Pfand für eins 5€. Wen man online Zimmer bucht,Bilder zum Beispiel Bett, Badezimmer Stimmt nicht überein, wenn man am Ort ist.

Un asco de hotel,nos estafaron,ni toallas teníamos para secarnos,no nos atendieron bien,al final nos fuimos de allí para otro hotel y no nos reembolsaron nada.

Zapłaciliśmy za 2 dni śniadań, 1 wykorzystane ale niestety w jadalni były dostępne brudne talerze i sztućce (nie dokładnie umyte) , 2 śniadanie umuwiliśmy się na 7.00 z recepcjonistą ale o 7.15 nie było żywej duszy ani na stołówce ani w recepcji, przy drugim podejściu o 8.15 śniadania nadal nie było. Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy za to. Brak decyzyjnej osoby.

Cons:

Der Lärm. Alle meinten die Flure sind zum telefonieren da. Eine Person hat das von 3:00 Uhr bis 6:00 Uhr gemacht. Dann war die Nacht zu Ende.

J’arrive sur place, apres 8h de route pour savoir qu’ils ont plus de place dans l’hotel, le gérant qui refusait de me rembourser au debut, apres il me dis qu’il ma rembourser, j’ai rien reçu jusqu’à maintenant, difficulté de communication

Pros:

I needed a printout of a ticket and the receptionist next morning was kind and helpful and printed it.

Cons:

In the first room the tv was not working and nobody knew why. The friendly lady at reception finally had to call her "boss" and then could change the room for me. Both rooms are extremely small, around 8 - 9 m² only, each with two beds! And only 2 power outlets. In the second room there was a fridge, but not connected. In the shower the glassdoors were loose, you have to be VERY careful not to unhinge and break them.
Location at a very nosy street and the windows are NOT soundproof at all. I never tried the elevator, because it does not look reliable.
