Už několikrát jsem se ubytoval v tomto hotelu a pokaždé odjíždím s velmi příjemnými dojmy. Obzvlášť se mi líbí jeho poloha — na letiště je to jen asi 15 minut, což je neuvěřitelně pohodlné, zvlášť když vás čeká let nebo máte pozdní přílet. Pro mě je to jedna z největších výhod.

Zvlášť bych chtěl vyzdvihnout přístup personálu — jsou velmi přátelští a pozorní.

Cons:

Jedinou nevýhodou je rekonstrukce, ale bylo řečeno, že ji brzy dokončí.

Останавливаюсь здесь уже не в первый раз. Ранее писала, что у отеля очень удобное расположение — близко к аэропорту, и это действительно спасает при перелётах. В прошлый раз у меня была пересадка, и сейчас снова выбрала этот отель, так как лечу обратно в Россию. Всё стабильно, удобно и спокойно

Уже который день продлеваю своё проживание в Алексе ,из за проблем с визой вынуждена еще на несколько дней оставаться в Армении и поменять отель не хочется,во первых очень близко расположена к посольству ,во вторых персонал очень теплый .Ремонт чуть чуть мешает, но терпимо

Сегодня наш последний день в Армении, и тур в Гарни, Гегард и на озеро Севан мы взяли прямо у отеля. Да, было холодно, но красота этих мест и атмосфера поездки полностью это перекрыли. Огромное спасибо команде Alex Hotel за заботу, внимание и искреннее гостеприимство.Летом тоже приеедем ,сказали Дилиджан нужно увидеть именно летом .
