The property was well located in Chantilly but as usual in the US, you need to rent a car for locomotion or use Uber. The breakfast was good and the staff absolutely lovely. We had a room with 2 single beds, a microwave , fridge, washing machine and utensils which could be used. It was a spacious room. Beds were comfortable.
1. We were 3 adults traveling together so I booked a room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. When I arrived, I was informed that there were only 4 rooms with such features and they were all occupied. No solution was offered so 2 travelers needed to share a bed.
2. The rooms are cleaned once every 2 days, so garbage can accumulate. In our case we checked in on Monday night and checked out on Saturday. Our room was cleaned ( including change of towels) only once on Wednesday,
Breakfast was very poor - few options with plastic plates - was expecting something good
All amenities were closed and i asked them to cancel my reservation and they are not issuing my refund
Receptionist and the manager attitude were rude and unacceptable

I like the location, staff, and cleanliness. Also, it is located in an amazing area.
Breakfast! The breakfast years ago was very nice. They used to provide milk, yogurt, and other products. Now the quality of the food is degrading. For example, no brown bread for diabetic guests. One day I asked for it and they replied we do not provide it.

The pool and hot tub were not operational during our entire stay, which was not optimal as I booked for the pool and hot tub. There was also two weddings which we were not made aware of prior to our stay.
they told me they would move me because the tv was broken but never did. Then they sent me 7000 Hilton points and I don’t even know what that means

Front desk was very friendly. Fire alarm went off twice though.
