la stanza era spaziosa, pulita, bel bagno, staff disponibile.

Cons:

aumenterei i mobili per sistemare le proprie cose perchè non c'erano armadi. Se uno per motivi personali non può mangiare gli zuccheri presenti nella tipica colazione italiana, ovvero brioches, confetture yogurt dolce, torte e biscotti, si potrebbe trovare in difficoltà.

La chambre est correcte, propre et de taille convenable, sans véritable défaut, mais sans charme particulier. Le petit déjeuner, de style italien, est simple mais satisfaisant. Son décor
Choisi est amusant. Le calme de la vieille ville est apprécié.

Cons:

L'accueil est un véritable point faible. Le jeune homme qui nous a reçus s'est montré nonchalant, désinvolte et parfois condescendant. Son attitude donnait le sentiment que les clients étaient davantage une contrainte qu'une priorité. Une première impression particulièrement décevante pour un établissement qui accueille des voyageurs.

Le stationnement est également compliqué, ce qui n'améliore pas l'expérience globale.
Au final, ce ne sont ni la chambre ni le petit déjeuner qui posent problème, mais bien l'attitude de certains membres du personnel. C'est regrettable, car avec un accueil plus professionnel et plus chaleureux, l'expérience aurait été tout autre.

Pros:

Sehr grosse gut ausgestattete Zimmer (mit Küchenecke); grosser Dusche-/WC-Raum. Parkmöglichkeit im Hof der Hotelanlage (Achtung: Zufahrt über beschränkt befahrbare Strasse; Berechtigung bei Rezeption anfragen, am besten durch Zustellung einer Kopie des Fahrzeugausweises. Zufahrtsgebühr wird mit Gebühr für den Parkplatz erheben.) Eingang zum Palast Venaria Reale direkt gegenüber. Sehr gutes Restaurant (Osteria "Passa mi il Sale").
