Pros:

Sono anni che almeno una volta l'anno vengo a Napoli, è dimoro sempre in questo bellissimo Resort. Lo scelgo per la sua posizione ma soprattutto per la simpatia di Gennaro sempre gentile e disponibile.

Bella struttura, camera con balconcino con affaccio laterale sul mare (meravigliosa) e tavolino dove restare incantati
Pulitissimo e confortevole.
Grazie ad Ilaria per la disponibilità e la colazione

Cons:

Nel letto, sotto il lenzuolo vi era una "protezione" per il materasso che, sebbene corretto ci fosse, era comunque un po fastidiosa.
Per il resto tutto perfetto

Great location - everything else, not so great
Pros:

FANTASTIC LOCATION - Really, location is absolutely superb and is the only reason why you would choose this place
It was clean, possible to sleep, air-conditioning worked fine.
If you just want a reasonable price base for staying in Napoli, its ok, but don't expect any frills!

Cons:

Incredibly small room, (for example, small fridge cannot be opened very wide as it hits the bed)
Gaining entry is like an escape room in reverse, quite a feeling of achievement once you are in...!
2 single beds pushed together with a fitted sheet that was too small and could not be properly stretched over the mattress...
Breakfast... hmm, I'm not keen on microwaved croissants. Coffee was ok, nice lemon cake, cheap yoghurt, awful fruit juice... best find a cafe locally.
Its not a "Resort", I saw another reviewer mention it's more like a hostel. I agree.
The photos on Booking.com are very misleading as you really have no idea how small the room will be...its marketing genius.

Got the job done, and that's about it.
Pros:

The morning breakfast server, Generoso, has kind and pleasant and helpful. It was a little tight in the breakfast nook so he'd make me a little tray of cappachino and croissant to take to my room. So thoughtful. There was a convenient pharmacy and taxi stand right next door with lots of cafes nearby. It was easy to catch public transit.

Cons:

We booked out of the downtown area by the harbour thinking it would be quieter. We were sadly mistaken as we had multiple nights of dozens, if not hundreds of motorcycles racing up and down the streets across from the hotel, for several hours into the wee hours of the morning. Nothing the hotel could have done but it was very disruptive.

Pros:

Ottimo BeB in posizione fantastica e possibilità di fare colazione sul balconcino con vista tutta Mergellina.. struttura ottima ma la vera ciliegina è il Sign Gennaro, n1 in tutto e per tutto.

RELAX E DIVERTIMENTO
Pros:

E’ la terza volta che alloggiamo, a questo hotel e troviamo sempre una grande professionalità e cordialità, Gennaro poi è molto alla mano e cerca sempre di aiutare il più possibile. Ci troviamo davvero bene

Cons:

Non ho molto da dire, solo che si sentiva nella stanza puzza di fumo (non siamo fumatrici sia ben chiaro) ogni volta che rientravamo, a parte ció tutto bene è andata.

Pros:

La struttura è in un bel palazzo storico che si affaccia al lungomare , la camera era conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite.
Buffet della colazione basico e personale molto disponibile! La Posizione della struttura è vicino alla fermata metro di mergellina che si collega bene al centro e al porto per un eventuale imbarco a traghetti per le isole.
Consigliato a chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e non ricerca particolari confort da hotel ma più che altro un appoggio per dormire

Cons:

Camera rumorosa poiché affacciata su viale trafficato. Difficoltà nel comunicare con la reception in fase di check in.
