Bien mais dommage que le personnel soit si peu aimable.

- La vue sur le coucher de soleil
- La propreté
- La piscine

Cons:

- Le personnel n’est pas souriant et peu coopératif.. pas de réactivité et manque total d’organisation.
- La literie n’est pas confortable.
- Les couloirs sont très bruyants et résonnent, je conseille les bouchons d’oreille !

Superb hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with beautiful beach. Room was lovely and bed was super comfortable

Cons:

Not many sunbeds for such a big hotel. Nothing nearby so if you want to shop or eat out you need to get a cab. We were there for two days at the end of a busy holiday so that suited us perfectly.

Pros:

First of all the people,from the moment we step in till last minute. Everyone was asking if we are on or need anything. Reception is in high level and always with so beautiful smile. The hotel has plenty amenities and is so clean... you even walk in the balcony and feel no dust. Food is also excellent! I really recommend it , 100% the best in stone town and near to center. Hope we return there sometime...p.s nicest view from room and pool🥰🥰🥰

Amazing hotel in Zanzibar
Pros:

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 4 days in August and we had an absolutely wonderful experience!

The decoration and aesthetics caught our eye immediately, immersing us into the Zanzibar experience.

Our apartment had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing a lot of space.

The highlight of our stay was the delicious food for breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of options (Indian, African and Seafood). The waiters were very attentive and kind, always refreshing our drinks and attending to our needs. Shoutout to Fatma who provided us with the best service and made our trip unforgettable!

The pool and beach (public) were very relaxing and there was plenty of space to swim and relax. The local people come onto the beach and play football which is nice to observe. Overall, the people are incredibly friendly and you always feel safe.

Whether for business or for a family holiday, I'd definitely recommend staying at Madinat Al Bahr to have an amazing experience!

Fifth year in a row – Great improvement
Pros:

For the past five years I have been a regular visitor to Zanzibar and my stay was – as from the first visit – in Madinat al Bahar Hotel. The remarkable thing about this hotel is that each visit keeps getting better, with clear improvements to the premises, which makes the stay even more comfortable and desirable.
The Relation manager Syed Ali continues to empress me with his professionalism and genuine care that stand out. Not forgetting the role that the general manager plays in the smooth running of the premises and the dedicated staff across the reception, housekeeping and dining who consistently deliver excellent services.
Will continue to make Madinat al Bahar as my place of staying whenever I visit Zanzibar.

Hotel pratique à proximité de l'aéroport et de Stone Town
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre; petit refrigérateur ; bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour, petit déjeuner varié et bon, restaurant de bonne qualité ; belle piscine

Cons:

nous avions pris une chambre pour 3 avec un lit d'appoint pour notre fille de 9 ans ; le lit a d'abord été oublié à notre arrivée; puis on nous a installé un lit hors d'âge, pieds cassés, matelas très inconfortable ; nous avons demandé deux fois un changement, puis avons fini par obtenir un autre lit plus acceptable. Odeur d'humidité très désagréable dans les deux chambres sucessives que nous avons occupées; un purificateur d'air nous a été proposé suite à notre demande, et il était efficace . Cet hotel serait un 3 étoiles en France.

Excellent stay by the beach
Pros:

This is a perfect location if you are looking for luxury stay. Mind blowing views of the ocean, surreal sunset evenings make this a must place to stay. The staff is very friendly, chefs go out of their way to make something you like. Pool is just amazing overlooking the ocean. 3 excellent restaurants make it all worth it. Luckily for us, they also upgraded us to a presidential suite. But even otherwise, it’s still awesome

Accueil desastreux car on a essayé de m attribuervla villa 110 avec vue sur le bâtiment a bateau et non vue sur mer
Service deplorable a chaque fois fois que vous demander quelque chose vous attendez
Le restaurant avec buffet et beaucoup de musique tres forte
L etablissement est ouvert a des agence de style Leclerc ce qui implique une baisse du niveau de la qualité pour economiser

False appearance.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel... from the outside... Details were not worked out well. Our family had 5 rooms. In 3 rooms the Jaccuzi did not work: No water, after opening a hidden tap behind the bath (why closed??), the bubbles didn't work. After a day waiting they finally came te repair it. Once we used the Jacuzzi, the whole bathroom was wet, because there was a leak.
Crew was friendly, but are far underpaid, in comparison to the boss, who has 430 cars!
This felt very unfair... sadly. Inside the hotel, there was a travel agency: named Binti. Did not listen to our wishes and asked very high, non realistic prices.
