Pros:

Sinceridade do funcionário na saída que o hotel falou que estava vazio e não entendeu porque seu colega a noite não fez isso , no sétimo andar tinha melhores, ele reconheceu que fomos colocados no pior quarto do hotel.

Cons:

O funcionário em função de ter optado pelo booking por ser mais barato 60 reais , alegou que o boking compra barato os quartos,motor isso sem nenhum critério nos colocou no pior quarto, era quase meia noite cansados da estrada não tivemos condições de descer e reclamar, o estacionamento diz ser no hotel mas e em um supermercado e longe tive voltar andando meia noite até a minha segurança foi testada além da paciência. Os problemas estão também no elevador sujo não recomendo a ninguém uma situação dessa, paguei em Pix e a hospedagem foi colocada em nome de minha esposa não entendi porque isso.

Boa estrutura para acessibilidade. Gostei do quarto e do café da manhã. O estacionamento externo ao hotel cuidou do veículo e dos nossos pertences.
