Pros:

Una habitación bastante amplia…

Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba justo a la calle concurrida y se escuchaba los coches, pero con la ventana cerrada no se notaba mucho aún así bastante fresca la habitación!

Ubicación perfecta para el carnaval y muy buena calidad-precio 🎭
Pros:

Excelente opción si quieres estar cerca del carnaval de Santa Cruz. Está en plena Rambla, muy céntrico y se puede ir andando a todo. La habitación era amplia, luminosa y todo muy correcto. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo :)

Cons:

La puerta de entrada hace bastante ruido al abrirse, por lo que si llegas de madrugada puedes molestar. Además, hay bastantes escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones y no hay ascensor.

La decoración, la limpieza y la ubicación

Cons:

El baño compartido con todo el hotel. Todo estaba bien hasta que llegaron más huéspedes, a los pisos superiores, y comenzaron a usar nuestro baño. Nosotros estuvimos en la habitación 1, y compartíamos baño con la habitación 2. Resulta que llegaron huéspedes a los otros pisos, y como nuestro baño queda en la planta baja al lado de la cocina, todo el que bajaba a cocinar, o salía del hotel, entraba a nuestro baño. Recomendación: cambiar la cerradura del baño y que solo lo tengan las habitaciones correspondientes. Acotó que casi no usamos el baño por está razon. Preferiamos salir.

Good for a night, not a place for a longer stay
Pros:

The location is quite nice as it’s close to the main Santa Cruz’s busy streets but it’s in a very nice, residential area.
Conveniently located for those having to take the tram or buses for the main bus station or the areas north of Santa Cruz.

Cons:

There is no towels change at all - I was there 5 nights and no towels were changed. The room I was in had no real window but a sort of window with dimmed glass on a staircase that was used by others so in the evening if the lights there were on I would have light in my room. Same for opening the window, I could hear all the noise.
The bathrooms are old and need a bit of renewing.
The sound isolation doesn’t exist. One day I came from a hike around 5pm. All people from the other rooms with kids were downstairs and embarrassed as the room next door to mine had a couple having an intercourse -I was embarrassed to be in my own room how loud you could hear them, even the floor below you could hear them in the kitchen.

Pros:

Hyper bien placé, personnel accueillant et arrangeant! Propre et chambre fonctionnelle

Cons:

Très bruyant, absence de double vitrage et donne sur une route passante. La porte d’entrée ouvre difficilement en faisant beaucoup de bruits, on dérange tout l’immeuble à chaque fois, c’est dommage…

Cons:

Mantenimiento es muy malo por no decir deplorable. En la habitación que nos alojamos no estaba limpia, las camas no estaban limpias se cree por la picaduras de las piernas que nos salieron que tenia sarna o chinches. La cocina estaba sucia y la nevera olía

Pros:

Emplacement pratique, pas trop loin du centre ville a pied. Arrêt de bus a 50metres.

Cons:

Cuisine et salle de bain à partager. Quand il y a des familles en même temps et qui sont là un certain temps. On pourrait se sentir de trop.
