알함브라는 아름다우나...
Pros:

늘 객관적인 평가를 하려 노력합니다.
호텔 위치는 최고입니다. 대성당 바로 옆이라서 시내 중심이고 모든 관광스팟과 기차역까지 접근이 용이합니다. 건물 겉보기 외관과 달리 내부는 리모델링하여 깔끔합니다.
아쉬운 일이 생겼습니다. 사실에 입각하여 기술합니다. 방이 조금 선뜻하여 난방을 틀었는데 찬바람이 나오더군요. 리셉션에 말하고 직원이 대동하여 와서 작동법을 <직접 조작>하며 알려주었습니다. 셋팅 후 On Off버튼이 번쩍이길래 이상하다 했더니 이게 맞다는 겁니다. 여기서 아니라고만 했어도 차라리 끄고 자면 나을 것을, 밤새 추위에 떨고 번쩍이는 불빛에 잠을 설쳤습니다. 아침에 리셉션에 사실을 말하고 점검하겠다고 답했습니다. 오후에 다시 한번 말했는데도 상태는 여전합니다. 어제밤 불편함이 떠올라 저녁식사 후 다시 말했더니(네 번째 요구) 방을 바꿔주겠다는 겁니다. 그렇다면 애초에 고장난 것인데 직원이 작동법도 모르고 수차례의 요구를 무시한 것입니다. 펼쳐있는 옷과 물건을 다시 싸서 별관 새로운 방으로 이사했습니다. 새로운 방은 따뜻했습니다. 기계는 고장날 수 있으나, 이건 인재입니다. 직원들의 무성의한 대처에 화가 납니다. 일일이 직원 이름도 알고 있는데 밝히지는 않습니다.
위치도 좋고 내부도 깔끔하며 아침식사도 정갈합니다. 스탶의 대처만 초기에 잘 했으면 좋은 평가를 받을 곳인데, 운영하는 직원의 생각과 대응방식은 많이 안타깝습니다. 기계는 고치면 되지만...
알함브라는 그렇게 아름답던데.

We got to experience Holy Week in Granada and see all the beautiful sights.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. If I am ever lucky enough to come to Granada again I would definitely stay here!

Cons:

We loved everything about this hotel.

Häftiga processioner- trevlig vistelse.
Pros:

Centralt, bra läge. Trevlig personal. Fräscht.

Cons:

Inte bästa läget under heliga veckan med processioner utanför sovrumsfönstret 😅 Hade varit bra att kunna stänga toalettdörren (svängdörr ger inte privat utrymme)

Das Hotel.liegt sehr zentral im "Leben".
Und das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Hotel-Management war in unserem Fall wenig entgegenkommend.
Aufgrund des Boden-Streiks am Flughafen Malaga mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt um einen Tag verkürzen, um nachhause zu kommen.
Leider wurde diese Notwendigkeit nicht als Grund für eine Rückerstattung einer Übernachtung anerkannt.
Sehr wenig entgegenkommend. Leider.

A very comfortable stay in a great location. We loved Granada.
Pros:

We arrived late at night but felt safe and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located right by the cathedral and numerous nice breakfast/coffee stops. The room was comfortable. I didn’t quite see the point of the yoga mat provided as there wasn’t enough floor space. A robe would have been preferable.

Cons:

Luckily we stayed over the weekend before construction noise next door resumed on Monday
morning.

Pros:

receptionのスタッフがとても親切に的確に対応してくれた。　前泊がアパートメントだったので、ホテルの良さは我々中高年にはとても大切だ。いつも泊り客に応対していた。
