El hotel es excelente. La ubicación inmejorable. El personal super atento y amable. Pedimos algo de vajilla para usar en el patio y nos dieron de todo, muy solícitos y simpáticos. Todo el personal del hotel fue impecable

Cons:

El colchón de la habitación es demasiado duro. Las máquinas de café del desayuno no son buenas, el café sale lavado. Una pena porque todo lo demás es excelente

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Granada. The hotel sits right across from the cathedral, and waking up to that view every morning was something special. The location couldn’t be more central. Gorgeous rooms, a warm and welcoming reception, and excellent breakfast . Simply flawless from start to finish.

Location is super close to all major places to visit, lots of restaurants around. Clean rooms. Very useful clothes steamer

Power of water was very low. Beds are not so comfortable as described and you always roll on one side of the bed. But manageable
