Super locatie
Pros:

Super locatie, parkeren mogelijk in de garage onder het hotel. Mooi hotel, direct naast de kathedraal (dus midden in het centrum) met vriendelijk personeel.
Garage was van te voren geboekt. Bij aankomst kon je parkeren voor het inchecken (even melden bij de receptie)

Great location, Great staff. Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location is great. Staff was helpful, I got good advice how to deal with the quite complicated arrangements of the Alhambra visit. Breakfast was adequate.

A really lovely hotel in a great location with lovely friendly and efficient staff. Would stay again.
Pros:

Awesome location and really friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms too. Breakfast was good too with lots of cold options.

Cons:

The bedding should have had an underlay, a top sheet and a doona, that way you could throw off the doona when it gets warm. And as we were there during the heatwave, even with the aircon, it still was warm, lol, but otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. La comodidad de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal del hotel son destacables. La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno muy completo

Cons:

El precio del estacionamiento es bastante elevado (25 euros por día)

Pros:

Great location a few meters from the Granada Cathedral and walking distance to most touristic sites in Granada. Unique building design, arqueological ruins in the hotel. Breakfast was a bit pricey for what I needed but was exceptionally well presented and pleasing to the senses. Room lights were over-engineered most all the lights are controlled by buttons next to bed. But overall the amenities were exceptional especially for this price point. As always, the hotel service in Spain was very professional and so much more dignified than what you experience in the US. Even the most mundane jobs are done with a sense of pride and professionalism that should be an example for other countries.
