Villa Erizio - Bordeaux Centre

Great stay, many thanks. A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Apartment itself is lovely, very modern. The property management aspect could do with refining - had to chase up entrance code which was supposed to be emailed 3 days before, booking includes free bottle wine but this was not received, email said check in from 2.30 but room not ready until 3.30, and only a few squares of toilet paper.
Location good, 20 mins walk from old town. We could only find parking that worked around 20 mins walk away - not ideal with heavy cases - 24 euro for 24 hours.

A very elegant and characterful place to stay. The surrounding area is a little grungy compared to the main tourist area a short walk away.

The trash can was not cleaned, the dishwasher had unwashed dishes, emailed them, never any reply, once there was an accident, the consequences were not known, agreed to send a bottle of wine, nothing

A sleek, modern unit raises your expectations, but the services disappoint. The phone number and email address given in the room did not function. The soup dispenser remained empty. A wall light flickered.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I don’t recommend staying here because there is no customer service. I emailed numerous times and NEVER received a response. Hotels.com even tried unsuccessfully for three days to get in touch with Villa Erizio on my behalf, but they were also unsuccessful.

Great funky place

Good comfortable room, wish I’d read the very late check in times and early checkout times before I’d booked.

The rooms are nice and roomy. Very clean, nicely appointed. Not much bathroom storage. Soundproofing between rooms was poor. Biggest complaint was check-in. I did not get instructions in advance. Stuck on curb in the rain. When we received them, the code did not work. New code issued, but it must have been a master code: upon reading instructions to room, we chose wrong door and managed to open wrong room! After much embarrassment and apologies, we checked into correct room. Went to dinner and when we returned code did not work. On curb again. Received new code. No cafes open the next morning and we requested breakfast too late. Not interested in returning.

Overall the property was as expected. Just what we wanted for a two night stay. Optional breakfast was great and worth the money!

Great opportunity for a short stay in Bordeaux.

This was a lovely apartment in every way—bright, clean, elegant, airy, and spacious, especially after the tiny room we stayed in in Paris. Loved it! It does require quite a bit of walking to get to the tram or the center of town a mile away. High thumbs up except for that.

Beautifully clean and well presented apartment. Complimentary breakfast on the door each morning, juice, water, tea & coffee provided. Well equipped, comfortable and well served. Villa Erizio is such a beautiful place. Myself and my husband spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure.

Property was much better than expected. The design, quality, condition, and service were excellent. Quiet side street - we walked all over the city from this property. There are stairs up to the unit and within the unit. Hopefully we will be able to return!

The villa was great. With everything we need for the stay and breakfast. Clean and quiet.

A charming one bed loft apartment with everything supplied including a pastry breakfast hung on the door, and a well stocked refrigerator with jams and goodies. A very quiet and secure property just a short 15min stroll to the city centre. The stay was enhanced by delightful property manager Frabizio who was incredibly helpful with taxis on our departure

ホテルのある地域は人通り少なく、また、フロント常駐のホテルではないので暗くなってからの到着は少し不安を感じそうなロケーションです。ただし、一旦中に入れば綺麗な内装と広い室内、大きなベッドに大満足です。あらかじめメールで連絡を取っていればオーナーもしっかり気遣いしてくれ快適な滞在ができました。

The apartment is modern and perfectly clean. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Fantastic pastries and so forth provided each morning. Supermarket is under five minutes walk away. The city centre is an easy 20-30 minute walk. The host cleans the property immaculately each day. For the price and what is provided its hard to see this property being beaten.

Beautiful apartment! Clean, great kitchen with all the amenities. Fresh breakfast brought ever morning of pain au chocolate, croissant & fresh mini baguette & milk, orange juice, cheeses, jams etc constantly replenished. Nice Tassimo coffee machine. Very clean. Bonus of laundry facilities. You must like walking as this apartment is 20-30 minutes from City Center.

There is plenty of room, a nice efficiency kitchen, modern bathroom. It is only a few blocks to walk to transportation and many historical sites, restaurants, and bars. The property manager was there and allowed us to move in a bit before check-in time, she explained a map of the area, got us situated comfortably, and brought a very nice breakfast before 8AM. She was a pleasure to deal with.
