Отелем управляет замечательная и очень дружная семья, и действительно чувствуется, насколько внимательно они относятся к своим гостям. Они также предлагают аренду автомобилей и скутеров, что очень удобно. На протяжении всего проживания сервис был отличным, мы всегда чувствовали себя комфортно и безопасно.

Отдельно хочется отметить парковку. Она большая и очень удобно расположена — легко выезжать как в сторону центра Саранды, так и в противоположном направлении. Можно просто оставить ключи от машины на ресепшене и вообще не переживать о том, как вы припарковались и как потом выехать, если рядом появятся другие машины — семья сама обо всём позаботится. Для нас это работало идеально.

Вид на море просто потрясающий. У нас был угловой номер на третьем этаже, а балкон оказался даже больше, чем мы ожидали по описанию. Было очень приятно проводить там время и любоваться морем.

Завтрак заказывается заранее, можно выбрать разные варианты, и всё, что мы пробовали, было очень вкусным. Порции тоже хорошие — довольно часто то, что оставалось после завтрака, становилось отличным перекусом для нас позже на пляже :)

В отеле всегда было чисто и аккуратно, а в целом атмосфера очень комфортная и гостеприимная.

Прекрасная семья, отличный сервис, красивый вид на море и очень приятное проживание. Я бы однозначно остановился здесь снова, когда вернусь в Саранду. Рекомендую!

Staff atencioso. Acomodações grandes e limpas. Bom pequeno almoço. Todos os dias trocavam as toalhas do quarto. No quarto que fiquei tem uma zona para secar roupa o que é bom em sítios com praia. 20min a pé do centro de Saranda , de carro são 5min. Tem supermercados perto e bombas de gasolina, bem localizado.

Very nice, modern hotel, amazing and friendly owners and everyone at the hotel. Tasty breakfast, they have menu for it. Good location, 6min to the beach. Hotel is on the hill(like all Saranda). Definitely recommend this hotel!

L’hotel è a gestione familiare e la proprietaria e le sue figlie sono davvero gentilissime (lei parla bene l’italiano).
La camera era proprio come nelle foto e aveva un bel terrazzo con vista sul mare e tutta Saranda.
Per la colazione ogni giorno bisogna compilare un form online per scegliere quello che si vuole per il giorno dopo. Non è la classica colazione a buffet con tanta varietà e scelta, il menù è limitato ma comunque le porzioni sono abbondanti e la colazione di per sé è buona.
L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione in quanto è a 10 minuti circa a piedi dal centro di Saranda, con un bellissimo lungomare con tutti i ristoranti, locali e negozietti. La strada è in discesa all’andata e tutta in salita al ritorno (ma comunque fattibile). Allo stesso tempo però, si trova sulla strada principale che “entra” a Saranda quindi è davvero molto caotica, si sente il rumore delle macchine, moto e clacson tutto il giorno praticamente e i fischietti dei vigili che si mettono proprio lì sotto..
Saranda è davvero una città molto caotica con macchine e traffico per le vie a tutte le ore.
Consiglio comunque questo hotel in quanto è comodo come base per girare le varie spiagge della zona con l’auto e uscire la sera a cena a piedi in centro facendo una bella passeggiata.
Ha il parcheggio incluso nel cortile.

The family running the place were so friendly and welcoming — it really made the stay feel warm and personal. Great location too, close to everything. We booked the apartment and an additional double room, which worked out perfectly for our family/group. The apartment was great for gathering together, and the double room was nice as well — average size but comfortable. A lovely bonus was the free parking with valet, which made arriving so much easier. We’d definitely book here again if we come back to Saranda!

What we liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was clean and well maintained, with hot water available at all times. The AC worked very well and cooled the room quickly.

We also really liked the breakfast system. Instead of an open buffet, you fill out a form where you choose what you would like for breakfast, and the staff prepares it for you.

One small thing to note: it’s better to fill out the breakfast form and submit it the day before, rather than in the morning at breakfast time. We only found this out when we arrived, so we hadn’t submitted our form in advance. However, the staff were very accommodating and still prepared our breakfast on the spot, although a few items were missing because of the last-minute request.
