We are sitting here in the restaurant an don't get service!!!! Unfriendly unfriendly and noooooo service"!!! aircon defect, had to change the room. very old room and bathroom! worst "hotel" we have ever stayed at!!! NEVER EVER again!

We were dropped off by minibus at the wrong location and spent an hour, walking with all our luggage late at night until we got a tuk tuk eventually. This was obviously not the hotel's problem but there is another hotel with same name, so please watch out. The staff gave a nice greeting initially but didn't really see much more of them during our 2 night stay. The room, although a bit dated, was perfectly adequate and clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was ok.

Went in for a drink on a very very hot day and ended up also getting lunch. Have been there twice now. Decor is nothing great. Resturant is large and very casual but the food is tasty. Had green chicken curry rice - yum. Morning glory - yum yum and chicken with vegetables and noodles - yum!. Price is ok, about standard. The only downfall is staff - waitress was cold and disinterested during both visits. Getting the bill took ages and although they have lots of fans because its open air seating its always hot. Def try it though - if your cautious about where to eat this place is ok been twice and been ok. Havent had any of the seafoid dishes though.

This is not a fancy place, more classic. The food tastes nice and the price level is ok. They have all the classic on the menu. Especially the spring roll is good at a good price. The food came really fast, almost no waiting time at all.

Only visited for the food. Enjoyed every bite and want more. Loved the shakes and food made to order (little spice). Highly recommended for anyone who visits. May not be the best in town but sure do impress.

Hotel is in a good position; stroll to beach and bars/shops. There is a restaurant downstairs, a bit pricey by Thai standards but the food was good. I got a low level room so was very noisy from traffic on the main road. Alas, the air con worked well and bed was big and comfy. Fridge was good and room quite spacious with a balcony. A few things let the room down being water leaks in the torrential rain, ants crawling around and oil/grease smells from downstairs kitchen. My experience may have been better if had a higher level room I suspect.

I was needing an affordable, simple, clean, private, and central place to stay and Arita Hotel exceded my expectations.

Clean room but loud on the road. Food and drink at restaurant downstairs is good.

A very Pleasant hotel with nice amenities such as Lift, Restaurant, supportive staff, etc...
We stayed here as a group of 6 for 3 nights and it was really a wonderful stay. The staffs are very nice, polite and very much co-operative. we got our early check-in free without any trouble.

Hotel located in very nice street surrounded with large number of coconut huts to sit and relax...

Patong beach can be reached in 5 minutes walk, Bangla road in 10 minutes walk.

In over all its hugely recommended at a budget price for a comfortable stay. I would surely come back to this hotel in future, if enter in Phuket

Second time visiting this place. Service is fast and foods are amazing. My favorites are Grilled Fish Salted Powder, Baked Shrimp Soy Sauce, Salted Egg Squid. Stir Fried Vegetables are awesome too. We will come back for more.

We ordered squid and shrimp with garlic and lemon. Stay away from this restaurant, the portions are small and the ratio among price and quality is really high. Regardless if they are fast to serve it even the menu is terrible dirty.

Hotel like hotel is ok. Big and clean room, nice staff. And on really good location. Close to the beach and to the Bangla street. But it's to noisy. If you are party type and sleep good than this is ok place for you.

Stopped in here for dinner one night. Super friendly staff. We ordered the Salmon fried in butter and it was delicious. We left nothing but bones on the plate and would be more than happy to visit again.

Room and bathroom are very clean presented.
Natural light and ventilation was by way of vertical light shaft that at its 4m long end has a 0.9m wide balcony.
Room smells and feels stuffy on entry prior to activating air con with room key card.
No hot water kettle provided. TV had no foreign language channels apart from a local tourism advertising one.

Had breakfast here a few times and it's always been quite good and such a good choice western food or Thai if that's your thing for breakfast. I had 2 evening meals here 1st night a Chicken Green Curry BLOODY TERRIBLE it was maybe the worst I've ever had, over cooked chicken, coconut milk like water no flavor at all. 2nd night I thought I'd give it another go With a Beef Sweat Basil and also was very average. Definitely not same Chef for Breaky. I would still have breakfast here but there's better places-for dinner. The staff where not even concerned about my not so good tasting food they where to busy playing with there phones and talking.

Good prices great beer English 1/5 service 1/5 had to ask for a beer after sitting at the table for 10 minutes ordered 3 starters they came nearly 10 minutes apart ordered main meal they came but the rice we ordered came 6 minutes after the main and the chips we ordered came with the starters much better places to visit 👍

This hotel is located at the corner of Sainamyen road. My room was located at 5th floor and has balcony with a Patong beach view. Don't worry as there's a lift. The hotel room was good and well equipped. The wifi was superb! Walking distance to Patong beach, Bangla road, Jungceylon, etc. Everything's fine. The most annoying thing is you can hear noises like 24/7!

We stayed 4 nights here early Feb and had a great stay. We had a deluxe room which was lovely and spacious. Very clean and nice size balcony. It has free wifi too and plenty of channels on the tv. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. We found this hotel to be exceptional value for money, having everything you need for a very reasonable price. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and a few mins into the action of patong. The food in the restaurant is very good. Plenty of choice, well cooked and good price. It's an ideal base if you are on a budget.
