Polite behaviour of the staff
1. The AC, television, and electrical sockets were all out of order during our stay.
2. The washroom doors were in a dilapidated and unacceptable condition.
3. Our Genius Free Breakfast benefit (via Booking.com) was not honored by the property.
4. Despite expectations, there was no on-site restaurant available for guests.
Close to Mathura bus stand.
TV was not working. Toilet flush was not working because of which room got shifted.
No tissue paper, soap, dental kit provided in bathroom.
Even a glass of water was chargeble.

Value for money. Breakfast was included and hygienic.
Worst property, mr Robin is don't know how to behave with guest ..
Well located in Mathura, Staff was very useful especially Pradip Singh.
There were insects crawling close to the kettle. Difficult to get breakfast, couldn't get it one morning as there are no specific hours. Difficult to pay by international credit card (initially had only local credit card readers and had to pick up another machine).
Friendly and supportive nature of the hotel staff
TV in room was not working and the explanation by staff was that it is due to monkey menace which just seems to be an excuse
Restaurant was also NOT operational though it was mentioned in the service details that 24-hour Room Service
No LIFT in the hotel but was NOT explicitly mentioned in their description and we had lot of problems taking stairs as we both are senior citizens with knee problems
Good stay
Staffs were supportive and well behaved
Cleanliness was like zero, no hygiene maintained neither at room nor at kitchen
The food was ok. Room was spacious.
Room and bathroom were not clean enough. Staff was not active, gyser problem, although food was ok but not according to price. Specially the poha was pathetic but dinner was ok. And yes bed was also not good.
The staff was really helpful and really nice!
The rooms could have been cleaner.
The location was good for Holi festival.
The place was not clean and poorly maintained for the price. Taps and floors that never saw a real brush. The boiler and shower also didn't work properly so we had to wash ourselves in the tap below the shower head.

Hotel within walking distance to the old city
- the room was very dirty
- no real shower, only backet shower
- they don’t take cards
- mold in the rooms ( I have to change 2 rooms to find one without mold)
The stuff was very kind and helpful. I was there on holi festival time, they helped me to catch tuk tuk, to get in the nearby villages.
Mr. Harveer, the Hotel manager is very kind,he speaks English, on last day arranged me a taxi to the Delhi Airport.
My room was on first floor, near the restaurant, on evening time was very noisy.
