If you can only sleep with quiet room, this is not right place for you. Because you will always hear all the sounds they make next to your room. Water tap, flush, any sound, you can’t avoid. No staff speaking English. Location was quite convenient though. If you don’t mind anything and concern only about location, you can stay. But other than that you really need to consider staying there.

Die Hosteria steht im einem guten Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Bad war gut und sauber. Frühstück sehr einfach ( Aber so ist es häufiger in Chile, also nix aussergewöhnliches)
Gute Lage, Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Wlan nur im Gemeinschaftsraum, nicht im Zimmer. Kein eigener Parkplatz, aber gut Platz auf der Straße zu finden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

duchas en mal estado..goteras en el estanque de agua, el sostenedor de la ducha mala, las puertas en mal estados de las duchas... eso habría que arreglar...

Muy amables, limpieza buena, no había shampoo ni jabon en.los baños y el.control del televisor nunca funciono

The place is very basic but for the price we expected that. The location is central, walkable, the staff was very friendly and they were helpful with restaurant recommendations. Room was clean, bed comfortable, perfect for our needs. The only negative comment I have is not about the hostel but about the guests next room who were up most of
the night, loud and making it hard for us to sleep. We respected the fellow guests by staying quiet, wish they did too.

good location，very safe and secure，easy parking，staff helpful ，it is very small hostel，price is good，you could not expect too much。

Abgewohntes Hotel mit schäbigem Frühstück. Gut war dass wir problemlos verlängern konnten und unser Gepäck am Abreisetag da lassen konnten.

Chambre Single très petite et spartiate sous les combles (mieux vaut ne pas être grand), chambre rangée tous les jours mais sans changement des draps ni des serviettes. Petit déjeuner très simple.
Cher pour ce que c'est. Cependant, personnel sympathique et hôtel très bien situé.

Very acceptable budget hotel option. The room and the breakfasts were pretty basic but satisfactory. And the staff is super nice and very helpful with anything we needed. The location is very convenient to the central area and restaurants. The bus station is an inexpensive Taxi ride - maybe 10 minutes away.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a convenient location. The room was clean and large, and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, but all patrons were quite quiet. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a lovely surprise for us. We checked in quite late at night, which was no problem (we did tell them in advance). They stored our bags while we were trekking in Torres del Paine, but be sure to label your bags. When we got back it seemed that one bag (a grocery bag with odds and ends in it) had been taken, which was concerning, especially because our Spanish is terrible and the staff don’t have the best English. But the hotel manager had put it in another bag to keep any items from falling out and getting lost. So that was a crisis averted!
We would definitely book this hotel again.

Enjoyable and central to stay. Young man on reception very helpful at checkin. Breakfast enjoyable with more friendly staff and good early times for breakfast too

The location of this hotel is good. A few blocks away from Plaza de Armas. The staff was nice and friendly. The room itself was terrible. My room was basically in the attic above the office. It had a sloped ceiling in the living area and washroom. I could not stand in the washroom without kinking my neck. Everytime i came in and out of the room, my head would hit the low ceiling and steep starway. The rest of the rooms were ground level except mine. Definitely would not spend more than a night there. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the hotel can guarantee you will not be put in that room.
