Terrible
Pros:

24 hour check in desk was 2 women sleeping on floor of balcony of their house. Room given was filthy with paint peeling off the walls and mildew on walls. No hot water shower. Asked for another room and paid more.
Second room we found a line of ants on a wall and in the shower room. Dead insects on the walls in the shower room. Toilet seat loose. Bed very, very hard and no quilt or blanket for bed only a large towel. Air conditioner wasn't working well so I investigated myself and found that the filter was totally blocked and had probably never been cleaned. No restaurant in the hotel (calling it a hotel is losing the word loosely) only street vendors near. Surroundings very rough and dirty and to cap it all there was no door key available for the room. My advise is never stay there. Should not be on booking.com website.
