직원분들 친절하시고 서비스도좋고 앞에 완다광장이 있어서 식사도 걱정없습니다. 하지만 가족단위나 회사에서 단체손님이 오시면 좀 시끄러워요.

Newly built/renovated, clean, great location
Pros:

The building was new, super clean and spacious room, but the staff were not very fluent in English, i had difficulties asking them about directions or other things, BUT very friendly and wanting to help, surrounded by food and shops, just across the street there was Wanda Plaza, and it has convenient store, food court and shops inside, and also some street food on the way there.

Room temperature was terrible
Pros:

The hotel looks nice, but the air conditioning stops working (or is switched off) at night and my room temperature was 28C in the morning. One of our conference meeting rooms was also unbearably hot until they switch the Air conditioning back on during the day.
