Wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war recht gross und gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Personal war überfordert mich essentiellen Dingen, wie Check in und Informationen zum Frühstück. Regelmäßig war während der Rezeptionszeiten einfach niemand da. Die Sauberkeit hat nicht dem Standard entsprochen, den ich aus anderen Hotels in Japan gewöhnt bin. Das Zimmer war extrem dunkel, es ist praktisch kein Tageslicht reingekommen. Der "Balkon" war nicht nutzbar, da der gesamte Platz von Klimaanlagen eingenommen wurde.

Pros:

Dans une rue calme, petit établissement avec tout ce qu'il faut (frigo, micro-onde, kitchenette, et laverie sur le palier). Donne une ambiance traditionnelle avec le confort du moderne

Cons:

Un peu de poussière à certains endroits et surtout le bruit des trains qui passent à proximité

Great stay
Pros:

Great location, washing machines are free of charge and easy to use. Don’t charge the dryer completely and your clothes will be dry 👍 nice and spacious bathroom.

Cons:

The mattress was too hard for me. We had 2 big and small suitcases, no possible to put out our clothes, the room was too small. So we left everything in the suitcase and used it as so.

We will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

It’s close to the train station and a large mall. The staff were super friendly and the rooms had more space than most Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in.

Pros:

房間裡有簡易廚房，很方便自己弄東西吃，有浴缸、有陽台可以曬衣服，工作人員親切友善，有Netflix 可以看，這三個晚上睡得很舒服，房間夠大一個30吋行李箱可以整個打開。
離京都車站要走14分鐘，就這點比較麻煩。但公車站走5分鐘就有。離梅小路公園很近。

離車站有一大段距離，要走一段路才有超商，其他都完美
