This was our 2nd stay. Had a great stay
Pros:

Very well designed easy to get around.

Cons:

Buffet restaurant food not up to standard which was a shame...especially as the price was quite high.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, the food was very good and the all inclusive package was great value for money.
We had a double aspect sea view room which was lovely. The hotel itself was beautifully laid out with lovely furnishings and decor.

Cons:

The only thing we think that could be slightly improved is the wine selection in the main buffet. On a couple of nights we asked for a chianti and got some white wine, and the quality of the wines that did come didn't match the quality in other bars. Just a small thing, but we like our wines!

Sea view, overall nice hotel, close to downtown, location is ok, staff is ok.

Cons:

The room was clean, but it had an unpleasant smell every day, as if there were a humidity or mold issue being masked with chemicals.

Also, considering the price (€800–900 per night), having a €500 spending limit before repeatedly receiving payment reminders is disappointing.

Breakfast was far too crowded for a hotel of this size. The hotel should have at least twice as many food stations to accommodate the number of guests.

Excellent food, staff and housekeeping — but check the room view and Full Board details before book
Pros:

We stayed at NissiBlu Beach Resort from 22–26 June as a family of 2 adults and 1 small child, in a Deluxe Panoramic Sea View room with Full Board.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The strongest points for us were the food, the staff, housekeeping, the Kids Club and the calm atmosphere.

Check-in was smooth and took around 5–10 minutes. Payment was made on arrival, and the child bed we requested was already prepared in the room, which we appreciated. Check-out was also smooth.

The room was very quiet, which was a big plus. It had two small balconies and a beautiful sea view, but the room itself felt a bit small for 2 adults and a small child. Also, although we booked a Deluxe Panoramic Sea View room, the view of Nissi Beach from our room was very limited and felt more like a side sea view rather than a true panoramic view of Nissi Beach. The room was around a 2-minute walk through the hallway, but there are many elevators in the hotel, so moving around was still convenient.

Cleanliness was very good overall, and housekeeping was excellent during our stay. However, when we first entered the room, we found a tiny piece of shattered glass on the bed. It was very small and we removed it immediately, and everything else was clean, but this is still something that should not happen, especially when staying with a child.

The food was one of the best parts of the hotel. Everything we tried was tasty, fresh and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the food throughout the stay. Lunch was not a full open buffet: salads and desserts were buffet-style, while the main dishes were ordered from a menu, with some included items and some paid items. Even so, the food itself was very good.

One important point for future guests: we had Full Board, not All-Inclusive. The hotel could not offer us an All-Inclusive package because our stay was less than 5 nights. This is something guests should check before booking.

Cons:

Everything was amazing.
If there is only one thing to improve, it would be the air purifiers / scent diffusers in the corridors and during room cleaning.
The level of cleanliness is truly excellent, and the scent additives can be done without — they are suffocating and excessive.

מאוד אהבנו את תודעת השירות של צוות המלון. כל מקום שנתקלתי באיש צוות קיבלתי שלום או חיוך, זה מאוד נחמד. המלון עצמו ברמה מאוד גבוהה, הבריכה מצוינת והמיקום ליד הים נהדר.
