Pros:

Not recommended for a family with teenagers aged 13 and 16. No entertainment for them, kids club is for the very young. The gym closed at 8pm - so unable to use. The indoor and outdoor pool was open from 9am until 7am. We were unable to use the pool at 8pm or 7am before the sun made it too hot. Buffest food - we tried the mexican and it was very overpriced and poor quality, when I told the receptionist, she said everyone else likes it!!! There were no signs saying when the outdoor pool was closed, we got in at 8pm, it was still light. After a couple of minutes, a very staff member shouted at us to get out and told us to go to the beach, but mind the rocks!! Evening entertainment was a violinist or pianist which was not entertaining. Football was shown, my 16 year old son sat at the back quietly for 10 minutes as he passed through as was shouted at to go to his room as he had no shoes or shirt on. He was humilated and refused to leave his room the next day. If you are going to have all these rules, please have signs. Location great for the beach but far from the centre. no shuttle bus. The hotel and rooms were very clean due to the hardworking house staff, the pool towel staff were very friendly. Very close to Nissi Beach. Lots of air conditioned and cool areas to sit in. Only one outdoor pool and very unsuitable adult behaviour with them drinking and smoking in the pool ... so again unsuitable for our kids. It was ok for us but not a 5 star experience apart from the room cleaning and concerige.

המלון נקי מאוד ומעוצב בהידור. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת.

Cons:

חסר צל בבריכה, גם מעל הבריכה עצמה, וגם השימושיות לא מספיק מצלות. בנוסף היה נעים אם המים בבריכה החיצונית היו יותר קרירים.

Pros:

Personal profesionist, cu standarde bine cunoscute despre modul in care sa abordeze fiecare situatie, amabil si dornic sa ajute clientii cu solutiile cele mai bune. Mancarea foarte gustoasa, in special deserturilene-au facut sa regretam ca am plecat 🙂. Piscina incapatoare, cu reguli clare pentru cei care tindeau sa deranjeze alti clienti. Curatenie impecabila atat in camera cat si in restul hotelului. Parcarea suficient de incapatoare pentru fiecare client, chiar daca hotelul era fully booked. Coktailurile foarte bune si diversificate. Hotelul este la 3 minute de mers pe jos de plaja Nissi, considerata cea mai frumoasa din Cipru si pe buna dreptate. Apa de un smarald incredibil te facea sa ramai ore in sir fara sa simti foame sau sete.

Cons:

Din partea hotelului absolut nimic, insa in parcare am avut surpriza neplacuta sa gasim masina lovita de alti clienti in 3 zone diferite, probabil ca au lovit-o cu bagaje si din lipsa de atentie, desi am parcat exact pe mijlocul locului de parcare.
