Pros:

The staff at this property were excellent, kind and very helpful, and the hotel seemed quite secure positioned within a walled coumpound and a gate that was closed at night. Unfortunately, the hotel was situated right between railroad tracks and a fairly busy roadway, so it was quite noisy. Fortunately, there did not seem to be any trains after 9PM. Also, the busy boulevard where the hotel is located makes it a little difficult to get to the hotel, with rather long stretches between turn around points. Finally, we didn't find any restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, but the manager kindly helped us with ordering a pizza in for us.

It Sucked! 1 star if that 😳
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

There were no towels in the room. And no hot water let alone warm water in the evening or in the morning, and we had to give a security deposit for the TV remote and key 😡 WTF!

PESIMO, no tenian agua caliente tenia q ir a pedir q prendieran el calentador y un dia me dijeron no hay gas y no va a haber tuve q irme, la tele no servía y el wc tiraba agua y jamas contestaban en recepcion. Para colmo cada vez que salía tenia q ir a recepcion a q volvieran a programar la llave

Mala ubicación, No hay restaurante, habitaciones sucias, el trato de personal malo, la alberca la cierran cuando quieren, creo que las instalaciones tienen potencial pero hay que mejorar muchísimo en la administración.

it was clean. people were nice.

Cons:

really noisy, right on the road. thought it would be convenient to toll road down but you had to use a dirt road to get there. party in the room next to us 1-4 AM!! no restaurant- just a delivery menu of bad food. coffee machine was broken. “love motel” set with private parking. very few amenities. only two towels. hair dryer was missing. large palm Tree branch fell on our car. cannot recommend to the average traveler.

It was a little off our main route of travel and took a few turns to get there. Pool was nice.

Pros:

Quite frankly the location was a little remote. I chose this hotel based on location, proximity to the route I would take in the morning, It had a beautiful pool area, alas, it was winter! My Bad. If i stayed there in July, I would give it four stars.

More than we expected for the price
Pros:

The room was very large and seemed almost new. Well finished but it could have used a coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

We wanted a location close to Mex 15. It looked close on the map but we found it difficult to find with our GPS. Quite a long drive to get back on the autopista going north. In the evening there were no restaurants open anywhere close . Delivery in was the only option.
