Absolute Katastrophe!!!! Geht garnicht!!! Auf keinen Fall buchen, dann lieber im Auto schlafen!!!!!

Habe ohne Checkin von einem Herrn das Zimmer bekommen, der leider kaum deutsch gesprochen hat.
Es gab im hauseigenen Restaurant kein Abendessen (was bei zwei Telefongespräche, jeweils am Vortag und am gleichen Tag, nicht mitgeteilt wurde).
Frühstück gabe es am Abreisetag bis 10:45 Uhr auch nicht.
Checkout war bis 10:45 Uhr auch nicht möglich.
Weder war jemand telefonisch erreichbar, noch wurde auf Klopfen an der privaten Tür reagiert.
Habe in meiner Verzweiflung den Schlüssel und das Geld im Zimmer hinterlassen.
Habe meine Übernachtung in 2 Wochen storniert

A nice smaller historic hotel building, with a beautiful roof top terrace. Rooms were large and in good shape, bathrooms were a bit dated. Breakfast had classic German variety of food, coffee and tea. Personnel were friendly and the dinner smelled wonderful - but we picnicked before hand and had to pass :(

Das Ambiente hat viel Charm. Leider fehlt es an Professionalität und Gastgeberqualitäten.

Ein sehr gemütliches Hote. Die Zimmer einfach aber schön eingerichtet.
Leider musste die Kaffeemaschine zum Frühstück erst gereinigt werden. Das Reinigungsprogramm sollte man vor der Frühstückszeit laufen lassen, da es dann doch sehr lange gedauert hat, bis man seinen Kaffee holen konnte. Milch stand auch keine da.
Beim einchecken hat die Rezeption den Zimmerschlüssel nicht gefunden so mussten wir warten, bis ein anderes Zimmer erst sauber gemacht wurde.
Im Bad waren bereits verstaubte Spinnweben.

Gentleman running desk was not very friendly. The place could be nice and comfortable, however, owners are not keeping it up. The shower head was broken off the wall and grout not clean. Only a small portion of the radiator was working. This place has a lot of history and could be an amazing place. Breakfast was just okay.

We booked the property as we were tired. Booked with breakfast. However no breakfast as they had water damage. Had been offered dinner but we did not want. Sasha, the only person at the prperty was nice.
We will not come again nor recommend thos place.

Lovely folks at the desk. Worked with us on check in. Great breakfast. Nice hotel, old Castle in town. There is a parking lot, so not sure what other reviewers are talking about. Look around at the touches the owners have put on each floor. Very Quaint. Would stay again.

Inexpensive rates in a beautiful old castle hotel. Nice rooms, excellent food, lots of nice walking trails nearby. I enjoyed my stay there.

Really a nice location and good breakfast. They have really big rooms. Very cozy atmosphere. The beds are also very comfortable. What was very inviting, is the cozy roof terrace. Here you can relax in the pleasant midday sun and read a book in peace. If you are still looking for, this location is definitely recommended!
