Mauad Hotel Boutique

our room had an spectacular view of the whole city and was elegantly appointed with excellent amenities. They told us the hotel is in a soft opening (brand new). The staff is genuinely friendly and very attentive, They did not charge us our early check-in and that was a big plus. The rooftop offers spectacular views that take your breath away. Breakfast was included and probably was the best, most complete and upscale breakfast I've had in a while

Fresh Rose Petals on the bed, super friendly staff. It feels more like a B&B, but just because its a smaller hotel. I will be staying there on my next trip, it was excellent and very inexpensive too

The property it’s beautiful. Don Luis & the front desk staff, cooking/cleaning staff go above & beyond to provide top notch service. The rooms are designed to have a quick stay in for a night while traveling. Breakfast it’s good, comfy bed, AC it’s great, water doesn’t get completely hot & does not have much pressure but im fine on that. Hopefully they’ll be able to add internet/wifi coverage to all rooms, I enjoyed getting work done on their roof.

Creo que lo que falta es un poco más de espacio en las habitaciones, si vas con muchas maletas no hay donde ponerlas.

I had an amazing experience at Mauad Hotel Boutique. The location is very convenient and the staff is very nice and welcoming, They really take care of all your needs. Joseph and Luis the don’t desk receptionist are really enthusiastic in making your stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely go back and I strongly recommend this hotel.

A dirty window to look at a dirty construction place in the room, no elevator, no room service, one bed and the other one made of palette wood, handle door never sanitized and no covid 19 hygienic procedure

It's a gem! With a swimming pool in the courtyard, a restaurant upfront, next to the city's main thoroughfare yet quiet, not far from the historic center and some wonderful neighborhood restaurants. The room I got was a bit tight and windowless but cute, great bed, extraordinary bathroom. No complains. I'd do it again.

The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful

My only advice to management is to try to invest in improving noise cancellation. Better noise cancellation room doors and placing a hallway rug, will improve privacy. Ice machine will be an asset as well. Overall experience was a very pleasent stay.

Small, family ran hotel. They were amazing.. kept the pool open late for use to relax. Breakfast was great!
