Un lugar que podría mejorar y sería buena opción

Está en el centro de Osorno, cerca hay lugares para comer. Las instalaciones son buenas, algo antiguas con detalles, pero nada que no pueda ser mejorado. El problema son las personas de recepción, llegamos y el trato fue displicente, casi al borde de la mala onda, pero pensamos que era por la noche o la época que vivimos (covid)... al día siguiente, las personas de atención en el desayuno súper bien, pero nuevamente al hacer el check out, un modo malo, de otra persona, una Sra de la recepción. Lamento que nos lleváramos esa impresión, quizás fue un mal día de ambos, pero no deja de ser un punto a mejorar. Muy bien por las personas del comedor y aseo en todo caso

Staff were excellent, Rodrigo gave us very good advice when we arrived late. For an older hotel, it was pretty comfortable, and a decent price.
