Fun Beach Hotel

Amazing stay there

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins, on se sent vite comme à la maison. La chambre est correcte, le lit confortable surtout les oreillers, même si la chambre n’est pas du pas du grand luxe. L’extérieur est magnifique : deux grandes piscines propres dont une avec vu sur mer ,plantes, fleurs… n’oubliez pas votre anti moustiques même si il est mis deux fois par jour dans la chambre. Les grottes ne sont pas loin et sont à visiter absolument. Petit déjeuner varié avec crêpes, œufs, fruits, plats chauds, thé, café… top pour bien démarrer la journée !

Tout c'est bien passé, je recommande cette hôtel.

Take away breakfast was very poor, dry bread and pancakes not really edible,

The resort is exactly what we were looking for!

Excellent hôtel à l’ambiance familiale dans une zone calme et en bord de mer.
Les logements sont jolis, modernes, bien équipés (climatisation et moustiquaire) et l’établissement de manière générale est très bien entretenu.
Les piscines sont au nombre de 3, dont une partie ombragée (ce qui est un gros plus si vous voyagez avec des enfants).
Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose des plats variés (fruits de mer, burgers, salades, plats locaux) pour des prix corrects (entre 8 et 14$).
Enfin le personnel de l’hôtel est amical et souriant, tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe à merveille.
Bonus, sur la plage il y a différents bars et restaurants qui offrent la possibilité d’une escapade à pied en journée ou en soirée.

Very nice hotel with amazing surroundings, great staff, great rooms and a beautiful pool area! Also the small towns nearby are super fun with some great food options. Definitely recommend this place — enjoyed it a lot more than other places in Zanzibar.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich wahnsinnig schön😍 Insgesamt gibt es drei riesige super saubere Pools, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und auch das Restaurant und der Spiel-/ Chillbereich ist toll! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und waren traurig, als wir weiter durch Samsibar gereist sind, da kein Hotel an dieses ran kommt :)

Magnifique hôtel très propre et moderne, personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Même complet, l’hôtel reste très calme et reposant car les espaces communs sont grands et nombreux. Très bien situé à Jambiani, à 30min de Paje à pieds par la plage.

A nossa estadia no Fun Beach em geral foi boa, no entanto, não classifico como excelente pois durante a nossa estadia nunca conseguimos tomar banho de agua quente e achámos que o staff no geral podia ser mais simpático e solicito na resolução de problemas. No caso da agua, tivemos que noa deslocar à recepção por tres vezes durante o dia e só a terceira vez e já sem estarmos muito satisfeitos é que disseram que iriam resolver. No entanto nunca ficou resolvido. Na altura em que estivemos choveu bastante e por isso não estavam aqueles dias de calor abrasador que poderiam ter ajudado a que tomar banho de agua fria não fosse um sacrificio. O hotel é muito bonito. Os quartos também, mas achámos que a maior parte do staff não tinha muita formação. Alguns falavam mal o inglês e poucos foram os que achámos realmente simpáticos. A piscina principal é fabulosa e a zona de praia quando a maré enche também é boa. No entanto, quem for para aqui terá poucas horas de maré cheia pelo que aconselho este hotel para quem gostar mais de piscina. A comida no hotel é boa mas o buffet do pequeno almoço achámos que podia ter um pouco mais de variedade.

A wonderful location and great restaurant inhouse. The head Chef Bharat was always ensuring the guests were well fed, and went out of his way to cater to any special needs. Kudos to him and the resort.

Great friendly staff. Nice pools and beach. Good breakfast but dinners could be improved. Rooms a bit musty.
