To nie jest miejsce ze zdjęć, także opisy niektórych gości okazały się mocno na wyrost. Cena za nocleg vs standard skalkulowana nieadekwatnie. To zwyczajny tani hotel, ale jednak nietani.

Не дорогой бутик отель, в центре города, рядом туристический рынок, и весь центр Еревана в пешей доступности, также хочу отметить отзывчивость отеля, почему-то они не могли списать оплату и мы договорились об оплате на месте в день заселения.

موقع الفندق ممتاز أمام ساحة في منتصف المدينة يباع فيها التذكارات والمنسوجات التراثية وتوجد مطاعم وكافيهات قريبة

Agréable et bien situé
Pros:

Guest-house cosy, idéalement située face au marché Vernissage. L'accueil est aimable, avec beaucoup de petites attentions comme des bouteilles d''eau, une bouilloire et du café... On se sent bien dans la chambre.

Cons:

Attention, la chambre est au rez-de-chaussée et on voit passer les gens dans la cour-ruelle (il y a même un banc). Comme le disent d'autres commentaires, les murs sont fins et si les voisins sont indélicats, on les entend très bien. Enfin, ce n'est probablement pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais nous avons subi une coupure de courant de presque deux heures.

Очень чисто, хорошая кровать, все принадлежности, шикарное место! Была два дня, очень довольна.

Cons:

Немного странно размещение без людей))) но все очень доступно и проблем не доставило.

У меня есть просьба рассмотреть и вернуть мне мои деньги, так как я не смог нормально отдохнуть, то и бало запланирован

Очень вежливый персонал , чистый и уютный номер , и место расположения

Cons:

В связи с ремонтными работами,в номере не было горячей воды , о чем я не был заранее извещен. В результате не было возможности даже принять душ.

Polite staff, good location near city center. Clean apartments. In addition to teabags in the room staff provides local tea or coffee if you ask.

Cons:

The apartments are placed on the first (zero in Europe) floor. Some strangers could see you in the window if you don't use curtains. Also, if you open the window, smoke from strangers cigarettes could come inside.
